I always assumed his neckerchief was his original bandana rolled up because he might’ve damaged it or just didn’t like wearing it as a bandana anymore, but who knows 🤷‍♂️

I like to think that the bandana/handkerchief (?) Arthur uses in his clothes is just the one he used to use on Copper. He uses it to keep his best buddy close to his heart. (I want to kms.)
