I was feeling a bit down so I decided to remake an old drawing of mine to see how much I’ve changed. Improving your skills takes time and practice, and it’s easy to feel like you’re never progressing at all, and this can be a big hit on your morale. Sometimes it’s good to look back to where you were before just so you can realize that you’ve traveled way more than you think, and even if there’s still a long way to go before you arrive at your goal, you haven’t stood still for a single minute and your efforts weren’t in vain.
