You should do some writing in it, no one else can create what you can. No two pieces of writing are the same, even with concepts and tropes being the same. It's in your individuality that makes your world unique. And no one else can do it but you.

You don't need a dialogue tag for every exchange between characters, especially if it's clear who is speaking.

I can't even begin to go over how many people don't understand this!
We don't have to be animals to make these sounds, it's in our natural everyday speaking patterns.
I keep seeing people making fun of using growled, hissed, roared, snarled etc in writing and it’s like.
have you never heard someone speak with the gravel in their voice when they get angry? Because that’s what a growl is.
Have you never heard someone sharply whisper something through the thin space of their teeth? Or when your mother sharply told you to stop it in public as a kid when you were acting up/being too loud? Because that’s what a hiss is.
Have you never heard a man get so blackout angry that their voice BOOMS through the house? Because that’s what a roar is.
Have you never seen someone bare their teeth while talking to accentuate their frustration or anger while speaking with a vicious tone? Because that’s what snarling is.
It’s not meant to be a literal animal noise. For the love of god, not every description is literal. I get some people are genuinely confused, but also some of these people are genuinely unimaginative as fuck.

I’m Malk I’m 14 years old but I am feeling that am 70 years😔
My parents took great care of us, giving us everything they had, and my childhood was wonderful to some extent.
I lived through four wars, the latest being in 2021, during which we lost everything: our warm home and my mom's office where she worked in digital marketing.
My dad is one of the owners of the Jewel Tower, but my family decided to leave Gaza for Turkey in 2022 because the tower hadn't been built yet, and to provide a better life for us.
My dad couldn't leave Gaza, so he returned before the war because my grandfather is sick and needs care. I wish I were with my dad because I fear losing him.
The past few months have been the hardest for us and our family.

Was wishing there was a positivity post for original fiction writers since I see so many about how fanfic writers are doing so much for their communities even when they're not actively writing, and then I thought:

So this is a positivity post for the writers out here who are working very hard on stories with no established community. Who can't talk about their blorbos and plot lines and brainstorming to anyone and expect them to know what any of it means. Who don't have much to share publicly, but are hoping they will one day.

Hello, I want to tell you about my story. My name is Mahmoud Helles. I have been a refugee in Belgium for 7 years. I live in a refugee center and do not have residency in Belgium. I left Gaza and left my pregnant wife. I didn't see my baby when he was born and I wasn't there. He is now 6 years old and I have 4 children, the eldest of whom is 13 years old. I have no childhood memories with my children, and I fear I will be deprived of them. My wife suffers from kidney problems, her left kidney was removed, and she now lives with one kidney. Also, due to the war and the lack of treatment, her health has deteriorated, and if I lose his life, my children will remain in Gaza homeless, without their mother and their expatriate father for that. I am collecting donations to save my family and get out of Gaza to Egypt. I appeal to you and to every person who sympathizes with my children💔
