I convinced my parents to let me make us dinner tonighhhhhhht gonna make some tofu and seaweed soup that’s only like 75 cals per servinggggg woooo!!
It’s kinda a nice recipe so I’ll post it here (read to the bottom for an easier kinda scuffed seaweed soup that I made for myself for lunch today since I was feeling sick, only 30-40 cals depending on what you add)
Serves 2
-8 grams dried seaweed
-1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
-2 1/2 cup water
-150 g silken tofu
-1 tsp vegan fish sauce (or light soy sauce)
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1/8 tsp ground white pepper
-1 sprig green onion/ scallion
-1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Heat stock and water on high heat, cut seaweed and put it in the pot, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sliced (bite sized) tofu and seasonings, bring to a boil, and serve with onions and sesame seeds as garnish!
My scuffed seaweed soup for one, 30-40 cals:
Chicken bouillon (like 1-2 tsp)
Hot water (1.5-2 cups?)
Dried minced onions (as much as you want ig)
A lil cumin
A lil cayenne
A very smol dash of soy sauce
1 pack of seaweed snacks
Just tear up the seaweed and mix it up. I am very precise XD it’s very salty and a lil spicy, but I like it. Took me a while to eat since it was very hot, and filled me up and settled my stomach well. You could definitely add more water to make it last longer/ to water down the saltiness if you wanted!

Cucumber snack 💕
there's only 16 calories in a cup of cucumber which makes it the perfect snack for weight loss.
plus, it's healthy and hydrates your skin from the inside out. ✨

Recipe:
2 english cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 lemon juice
pinch of sugar
salt, pepper and dill as you like
Make the dressing and then add the cucumbers. Enjoy!

95 calorie cinnamon rolls!!
i am OBSESSED
i cannot believe that i just made these. HEAVEN!!!!
95 cal cinnamon roll + 10 cal cream cheese frosting = 105 cal cinnamon roll with frosting
O.M.G.

I made pumpkin freezer fudge. It's a recipe I found on here years I ago and I've only made it once.
I used a can of pumpkin (210 cal for the whole can) and a container of zero sugar cool whip (500 for the whole container) and cinnamon.
Combine them into a dish, (I just used a Pyrex I had not sure the size) and add cinnamon to taste. I used a lot bc it's the only thing that adds flavor since the cool whip doesn't add much sweetness. If you wanted you could use pumpkin pie spice but I used what I had on hand. Then just chuck it in the freezer.
Yes, the full container is 710 calories but once it's frozen and you determine how many pieces you're gonna cut it into that determines the calories per piece.
Even if you only do 10 pieces that's still only 71 cals.
