I made pumpkin freezer fudge. It's a recipe I found on here years I ago and I've only made it once.
I used a can of pumpkin (210 cal for the whole can) and a container of zero sugar cool whip (500 for the whole container) and cinnamon.
Combine them into a dish, (I just used a Pyrex I had not sure the size) and add cinnamon to taste. I used a lot bc it's the only thing that adds flavor since the cool whip doesn't add much sweetness. If you wanted you could use pumpkin pie spice but I used what I had on hand. Then just chuck it in the freezer.
Yes, the full container is 710 calories but once it's frozen and you determine how many pieces you're gonna cut it into that determines the calories per piece.
Even if you only do 10 pieces that's still only 71 cals.

Reasons why we crave sweets
They're tasty (jk sort of), it's a easy way to get energy. So, when our bodies crave it it can be due to hunger or lack of nutrients. Try drinking some water, if you still crave sweets, it could be lack of nutrients, like magnesium or fat and protein. Fat and protein are necessary to repair cells and feel full. Magnesium is just one of the necessary nutrients needed in a healthy diet, so try to invest in a nice multivitamin. if you track your calories, try to track what vitamins your food contains apps like MyFitnessPal and cronometer can help.
Cucumber snack π
there's only 16 calories in a cup of cucumber which makes it the perfect snack for weight loss.
plus, it's healthy and hydrates your skin from the inside out. β¨

Recipe:
2 english cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 lemon juice
pinch of sugar
salt, pepper and dill as you like
Make the dressing and then add the cucumbers. Enjoy!
~ got this from weekendatthecottage.com

I have to put you on to carrot salad it is literally just super thin carrot strips (I use a potato peeler) and then any dressing you want as long as it has something acidic in it Iβve been doing it for a while and my favourite dressing is just 3 cals of apple cider vinegar and 2 squirts of zero cal golden syrup but itβs completely up to you
This bowl is 120 cals
And I eat with chopsticks to make it last longer and I get fuller faster
Low calorie bread (s) π
Keto cloud bread 35 calories a slice
Chocolate banana bread 125 a slice
Big list of different bread
Sandwich bread 56 cals a slice
Oh here's a little bonus tip:
If you toast a slice of bread slightly, like it's warm, sort of tan and then you cut the top and the sides next to it, you can slice it in half. Then chop off the bottom crust part. I normally try to do that if I want a sandwich. If you throw out the crust it makes it about half the calories.
