As a child, Darrin Sparks was never the brightest person in the room, always being able to do more physically than mentally, which would lead to him receiving the short-lived nickname “Daring Darrin” in elementary. At five years old, Darrin met the quiet Jimmy Stetson in kindergarten, several weeks before Jimmy’s intellect would be recognized and be sent to a higher grade; during this short time, Jimmy tutored Darrin and Darrin helped Jimmy break out of his shell and have some fun. Over the next ten years, the two were able to keep their friendship despite Jimmy being in a higher grade; Darrin had gotten Jimmy interested in video games, sports, and the guitar, while Jimmy had helped Darrin receive high Bs regularly.

When Jimmy revealed he was Warp Speed and why, Darrin knew his friend would stick with it and decided to help to keep him from over exerting as he knew Jimmy would often do. Jimmy chose super speed because he needed a way to move quickly to find who hurt his sister, but Darrin chose shape shifting because he wanted to forgo damage as he watched his friends back; the geokinesis was a bonus as Jimmy got a bit creative during the build, leading to the mud-like appearance when Darrin wore the suit, thus the name “Mud Mask”.

Though Mud Mask rarely shape shifts, he often practices for when he needs to, but does like to make himself look more muscular when in costume and prefers to form weapons and stretch his limbs in battle, and using his geokinesis for “super moves”, as he calls them, for tougher opponents. Despite being able to be just about anything, Mud Mask prefers to mold his forearms into three different weapons: a giant hammer, a blade, and a spiked mace; to get around quicker, he forms wings to fly, or uses his arms like grappling hooks to swing around like Spider-Man

2018 is like the 80s. 2020 was two years ago, but 2018 was also two years ago.

Name: William Kenneth “Bill” Trencher.

Super Hero Name: Heavyweight.

Age: 15.

Team Affiliation: Brawler, Heavy Hitter.

Powers: Super Strength, Invulnerability, Enhanced Speed.

Bill Trencher is the biggest one in the group, standing 6’0” tall and weighing 250 pounds, causing many students to think he is a NARC; Bill gets an unorthodox but effective workout as a farmer while doing his chores, leading to a physique that tells a lot of people not to mess with him. Bill met Jimmy and Darrin when they were all seven-years-old, being a large child, he was able to scare off a group of bullies picking on the two; Bill taught the two to fend off bullies and Jimmy and Darrin kept in touch with Bill, forming a strong bond between them. At twelve, Bill decided to take up boxing, figuring it may come in handy in the future; at fourteen, Bill was proven right when he came across Ted Smudge, a bully from his youth, as a crony for “Hot Stuff” Chad Anderson, the high school bully. Ted was the muscle in Chad’s posse and was roughing up a student when Bill interrupted them; Ted tried to hit Bill on Chad’s say so, only for the farm boy to easily dispatch Ted with his boxing prowess.

When revealed his best friend was Warp Speed, Bill figured he should probably help with the cause when asked to join; Bill chose super strength (figuring he wasn’t much good for anything else besides punching things) and invulnerability (because strength isn’t good for anything against a well-placed bullet). As a result of the super strength, Bill can run up to 250 miles an hour, but prefers to leap and bound seeing as enhanced speed doesn’t mean enhanced perception, only running when in wide open spaces or if it is a big emergency. As Heavyweight, Bill can currently lift up to 50 tons and take damage from any type of firearm and has so far been able to walk away from an anti-tank grenade without injury. Much like Darrin, Bill is able to perform certain “super moves” thanks to his abilities but does not use them much because of the property damage that would ensue, opting to use them in either open spaces or dire situations.
