He is just misunderstood, his past self is under Fumus Wings.. well you know what things Fumus did.. a lot of bad things, and it's probably a way that he thinks like that, or it's just a thing that he thinks that the only he is good at so he does it

He doesn't like to be compared to his Older Brother Fumus, much rather he doesn't want to be like him, I can see he tries his best to be good but he doesn't know what good is.

So a little by little bit he possibly can be understood even if it is hard, I can think it's needed a time and understanding for him to open up a little bit or more than that.

Okay aside from that sad little story, back on the main, he is good.. we'll not too good, a teasing little fucker I say, the teasing it's like how he do with Ivilis

He is childish and carefree.. making it a little worse than I thought ( not much of the worst I see aside from many other characters in okegom )

Making this a fluffy story is a little difficult since his personality and his doing is just.. like that.. not much new, aside from his sad backstory like, but I think he is not that bad not like his Older Brother Fumus, he does a little things

Going on the beach, a gift , a flower and much more but still keeping his previous self and rambling about how much of a little dick he is ( yeah.. I say that shit )

But yeah.. there's worse and there's good , there's no fluff in between not much that his personality like that.

I'm sorry if this isn't the fluff you think it is but hey man it's something I try to make as close as possible as the canon
