Alicent, silently crying: what happened to the girl that wanted to fly me across the Narrow Sea and eat cake? Rhaenyra, suddenly looking more tired than anyone has seen her: I honestly wish I knew Ali, I honestly wish I knew.

As much as I love this dialogue, I can’t see Alicent crying in front of Rhaenyra, not because she can't but it's more of a power move. Like she won’t “lose” by letting Rhaenyra see her at her worst.

And at what point would you say she is at the moment of your story?

Well, let's say Rhaenyra at that point still genuinely loves them all at that point even though they attempted to usurp her throne.

In that scenario, it’s possible

Before we get to the season 2 finale, I have a prediction: we will get a peak of Daeron. Whether it's of Tessarion flying or one of those long-shot scenes where it slowly pans up to reveal Daeron himself. They’ve been building him up and I think they’re going to do something with him before we go into another 2 year break.

Well, if want to blame anyone for your current nightmare, blame the women you still choose to call your mothers.
