Kisame and Itachi? 0% chance of them having a kid. They’d never. But if Orochimaru wanted to make a nice lil sharingan-wielding vessel for himself? A little backsy upsy incase Sasuke is Sasukeing a little too close to the sun? Mmm.

Like. Yeah okay ceo, top student, good boy^tm is fine and all but remember when this guy fully + canonly got into a fist fight with a bunch of cops? Remember when in the novels he gave the people that fucked him over worse deaths than the ones that didn't? Remember when he rolled up on multiple occasions to call people idiots (his chuunin exams + said cops mostly)? Remember him reverse Freddy Krugering that other kid in the chuunin exams? Remember him being like "Nah I'm not doing this" and just skipping class routinely.

I love my boy. But I'm just saying, he was just as punk coded as Sasuke

I love going back in my fic and realizing I was CLEARLY half asleep when writing the chapter. "Itachi bought 80 green poker chips-" No. No the fuck he did not. He did not just bust out 2k on poker chips like it was fucking nothing.

I am begging. On my knees for modern au Akatsuki fic recs. Or just Akatsuki fic recs in general. Why can I not find any. I know they have to be somewhere. It's not like I'm looking for some backstreet underground characters that showed up once in a filler episode. It's the AKATSUKI 😭
