I think Michael is actually a good VA. He has a very distinct voice, but he uses it with enough variety for the characters he plays.

Still a bad singer, though.

Also, Hidgens is the only person who sings a unique line in the chorus of the opening number.

If TGWDLM really is entirely diegetic, that would mean Pokey saw this doomsday prepping theatre kid turned hermit and thought "This dude fucks" and let him keep some individuality, despite Pokey's whole thing being raging narcissism.

Also, in addition to TGWDLM, after he conquers that timeline, Pokey would 100% put on a production of Workin' Boys.

I love the fact that Show Stopping Number is included in Inevitable. Because when Hidgens first sang it, he was still totally human, which means that Pokey liked the song so much he was like "Yeah you know what I'm gonna get this in there, it was a banger and it will definitely make Emma lose her mind!" and I love him for that.

Spookyville idea: early on Burton offhandedly asks Ignacio if the burn scars are related to him being blind, and Ignacio simply replies they're from an "unrelated incident"

Neat.

This also gives me the chance to mention: Ignacio would have long messy hair for most of the series, it's only when Burton cleans him up that he has the haircut we know him to sport.
