Wolffe: doesn’t consider how much he stares, so it happens quite frequently. Even if he realizes it, he still doesn’t care much. It reads more like a death stare than a lovesick one, but that’s a typical Wolffe thing. You probably believe he hates you for a good time. He understands your fear of him as long as you don’t avoid him too heavily.

Rex: perfectly in the middle. Watches you enough you can catch on, but never to the point you don’t wave those suspicions away once he’s back to work. It could almost pass as a healthy crush, but he knows the truth of that statement. Makes a game of how long he can go without watching you against his brothers before he caves. Wolffe loses instantly, so Cody’s where the real challenge comes in. If he wins, he rewards himself by taking off extra time to spend with you.

Cody: he can get so bashful around you he can’t even make himself look. When you’re around his brain goes straight to flooding in thoughts of you. He’ll make eye contact for a few seconds at most. With the helmet on, he’s more confident with his staring. It’s only when he’s desperate to be near you, after a much too long mission, that’s when he’ll have little shame staring blatantly at you.

Fox: Honestly, he’ll barely stare. Big on suppressing any and all emotion towards you, as much as it drives him up the walls. The only thing stopping him from stealing you away is the strict nature of his upbringing and occupation. Though, there are rare times where you’re just passing by, and his eyes can’t help but latch on to your each and every move, every little detail they can find. There’s very few things keeping him grounded when it comes to you.

Synopsis: While the rest of your battalion is out partying, celebrating the first night of leave, you’re at home, indulging in an embarrassing little secret. The secret that you were adamant remains a secret. At least until a certain pushy commander comes along, insisting that no one should spend the first night of leave alone.

Being a deck officer for the GAR navy wasn’t too bad. Sure, you had the night shift, but it barely even counted as such because everyone’s circadian rhythms were so far gone from being in space. You got to see the rampant beauty of hyperspace and a great view of some pretty intense battles from a relatively safe position.

You’ve met some of the most amazing people during your service and have gotten a lot of important experience. Of course, it was harrowing at times, but now you could say with absolute certainty that you responded well in stressful times.
