Here is a VERY quick sketch of the backstory of one of my ocs :)

So basically what’s going on it’s that the big guy ( or should I say small guy since he’s a child ) is the son of that fairy by his side but due to very specific circumstances that I don’t feel like explaining rn even tho he is in fact a fairy he was born with human features ( such as the height and lack of wings ) for that reason he grew up with everyone hating him and telling him that he doesn’t belong there and for that reason his mother is comforting him ( sadly the very next day he was exiled from the village and never saw his mother again :(( )

Turning Giant Panic

So we all know the scenes where a character turns into a giant and the freaks out. Usaully theres a part where the turing giant reachs out for help only to retrack because they realize how much bigger their hand/they are now. Usually when a person panics they arent thinking straight. Give me a person who is turning giant who is panic so badly they even tho they are so much bigger now the still reach out for someone anyone to help them.

Imagne them grabbing their friend/loved one even tho there so small now and BEGGING them to do something anything to make it stop or to explain whats happening to them. The helplessness of both the turning giant not knowing what to do and not realizing how badly they are freaking everyone else out and the friend/loved one who cant do anything about what is happening to their now giant friend and is now freaking out to

Honestly I just went up to my friend and told them, “did I tell you abt this weird thing I like?”

Then explained them what g/t was and the entire lore of my g/t ocs and she was rlly cool with it, I even showed her my drawings 😃

You heard it here folks, I’ve done it. I’ve been able to rant about g/t to my friends without the embarrassment of them figuring out I want to be tiny/have tiny friends. How did I do it? A simple formula. It’s normal for me to have an ‘icebreaker question’ that my friends and I talk about and the one I had been using for months got old so I scrapped it. Instead, I acted like I consulted with some friends about figuring out a new one and decided on this:

‘what would you do if you were tiny for 24 hours?’

seems simple enough and unassuming of any ulterior purpose but by asking my friends this question I have made them unknowingly fascinated with g/t. The past two days I’ve been surrounded with debate on what all my friends would do while tiny, such things involving having me take care of them or wanting to put me in a pocket.
