Okay so I need help deciding on something-

I've been getting really REALLY into LMK lately and with that comes a LOT of ideas, ideas of aus for certain characters I really want to share with you guys, but i can't really decide on which ones to share first, soooo I'm gonna leave the decision to you-

Basically which character centered au would you wanna see me post about first:

My Macaque and Tang aus

I just think they could be neat, idk :] ?

MK Chinese Zodiac HC’s

MK was born in 2004, the Year of the Wood Monkey. Sun Wukong was born a Gold Monkey, which still makes MK happy since he idolizes the Monkey King so much. Monkeys are clever, witty, humorous, sociable, brave, active and kind to others, which sums up MK and Sun perfectly to me. Wood Monkeys are supposed to be hardworking, responsible and have a strong sense of teamwork. MK fits 2 out of 3 of those points, but I believe once he fully figures out how to focus he’ll become even more responsible as he matures into the role of the Monkie Kid—later Monkie/Monkey King.

Mei was born in 2003, the Year of the Water Goat, making her one year older than MK, but just as goofy and energetic as him. The reason I picked that is because, according to the Chinese Zodiac, goats and monkeys are complimentary to each other, making them very good friends. Plus a goat still kinda looks like a dragon with the horns, and I was tempted to make Mei a dragon but I didn’t want the age gap between her and MK to be so broad. One year apart was good enough for me.

Red Son was born in the Year of the Ox, centuries ago. Oxs are hardworking, determined and logical people do have a tendency of being overly cautious and bad at social interactions, which fits Red to a T. I made him an ox because, his dad is the Demon Bull King (duh) and oxs make a great match for monkeys. X3 (Also one of a flower for oxs is apparently Peach Blossoms and I can totally see MK picking some from Sun’s Immortal Peach Tree and giving them to Red and that would be super adorable) ^-^

Tang was born the year 1987, the year of the Fire Rabbit. Rabbits are known to be studious, decent, elegant people who love their freedom, but also know how to set goals for themselves when needed. They are also least likely to be fooled by others, which makes sense for Tang since he was very suspicious of the Spider Queen as soon as he met her. They get along well with Monkeys so that’s part of the reason he and MK are good friends …. and one of the best romantic matches for a Rabbit happens to be a Pig…sy. XD

Yeah, Pigsy was born the year of the Pig ‘cause I’m totally unoriginal. He was born in 1983, making him the Water Pig. He obviously has a bigger temper than most pigs, but is still talented, ambitious and serious as other Water Pigs.

Sandy was born in 1986, the year of the Fire Tiger (ironic since in my hc, he has a slight phobia to fire, hence the reason he lives on a boat). Fire Tigers are said to be optimistic, determined workers and never give up on the task at hand. I can easily see that he was once a short-tempered badass in his backstory with Pigsy, but gave that up for a number of reasons before adopting the calm lifestyle he has now. And adopting a literal boat-load of cats that all have stripes like Mo, because tigers. XD

BDK was born the year of the Ox (obviously) and PIF was the Year of the Snake, due to her determined, graceful and wise disposition, but also is known to get jealous easily and definitely doesn’t like the idea of her husband being near other pretty demon ladies.

6-Eared Macaque is a Water Monkey. They are known for being very smart, very quick-witted, haughty and like being paid attention to. Naturally this means Macaque hates not having people pay attention to him and uses his ‘quicky-wits’ to manipulate others into listening to him.

 The Spider Queen is a Rat (in every sense of the word). She is sharp, smart, dexterous (with her silk) thinks well on the spot, but can become cowardly after realizing she is no match for a stronger opponent. She likes to pick off her prey one by one so not to take them all at once. She is a Water Rat as they tend to be more self-centered, talkative and shrewd. 

Yin and Jin are both horses, but born in different years. Ironically Yin is the Gold/Metal Horse while Jin is the Wood Horse. They both love being in the spotlight and thus take any opportunity to be in the center of attention in large crowds while showing some creative imaginations. They’re pretty decent at using cunning to get what they want, but aren’t smart enough to think their plans through. They also suffer from a slight lack of self-confidence, but pretend they don’t have it.
