Hypothetically, If I Were To Write A Star Wars EU/PJO Crossover Fic, Would Anyone Read It? I Need Motivation!

Hypothetically, if I were to write a Star Wars EU/PJO crossover fic, would anyone read it? I need motivation! I have lots of ideas but chapter 1 is the hard part, and I haven't managed to get my hands on any Fate of the Jedi books, so I need someone to help me kill off Tahiri in a heroic way (I was planning on when she and Boba are fighting Abeloth, but I have zero context, and a much better understanding of her early characterization than when she's older and kinda darkside). Please comment/offer advice.

The plot bit is going to be a reincarnation AU where Anahiri becomes Percabeth. I thought of it when discussing PJO with friends and remembering how someone tagged Anahiri fanart as Percabeth. Like PJO second chance at life as a reward for a horrible SW one and for helping banish Abeloth?

I want to make sure it's not too niche before really committing.

Ok, so I don't see a lot of posts about this, but Revan is kind of hot???? No matter what gender, species, etc. (for simplicity's sake, I'll be using male pronouns because of the novel). Because he managed to:

a) win against Mandos

b) leave and then show up again evil, but still recruit a solid amount of the army he commanded previously

c) no matter what ending/mod/romance plotline, Revan manages to end up with someone who is very loyal to their beliefs

(you can probably tell I find action/decisive decision making very attractive)

(also swords are hot, especially laser ones)

I read a fic where someone said "Revan is maxed on charisma" and it is absolutely true.

I would agree, but also now they’re looking at canon extragalactic threats, so they might have a canon version of the YV show up eventually?

I also just really liked Riina Kwaad as an arc though, so I might be biased?? Because it is so weird that the shaping managed to get through in a young adult book but also the amount of confusion/mental gymnastics that happened because of it was really cool.

And also they’d want the possibility of it, because that whole thing made her super cool (ex. the swimming in pain quote) though they would also get a lot of backlash if they go through with it (imagine small teenaged girl being tortured in a way that makes the Theon stuff from GOT look friendly).

The girl adopted by Tuskens in Legends is Tahiri Veila. She first appeared in the Junior Jedi Knights book series and then sporadically throughout the other Legends' novels in New Jedi Order series, Dark Nest Trilogy, Legacy of the Force series and Fate of the Jedi series. She is described as a green-eyed blonde with light skin and portrayed as such in official art.

I have also been saying this!

Something that appeals to an older audience that really dives into the darkness that can underlie the SW galaxy (and outside it). It would be interesting to see the franchise delve into something that is truly R-rated onscreen.

Also, it would be lovely to see the OG (and superior) Solo kids onscreen.

Realistic Yuuzhan Vong CGI has been proven feasible (see Stranger Things S4), and their tech would be amazing to see, and likely foster interest in biotechnology, which is a fascinating field from what little I've seen of it.

If Disney wouldn’t have done the most disappointing sequels from Star Wars EVER and the EU would still exist as it SHOULD, just imagine having the New Jedi Order series realised as a tv series. The Yuuzhan Vong would have been THE perfect enemy for a successful series, imagine the possibilities, the story telling, all the planets, the various character designs of the Yuuzhan Vong, their ships and how they live and work with living species, it would have been amazing!

I know I went on earlier about a Marvel/Game of Thrones crossover fic, but I just had this weird image of Aquaman and Wonder Woman commiserating about falling for hot Targaryen girls. Someone please write the fic and link me :)

I was just watching “how real is it” (by Insider) on YouTube, and they had the physics of Marvel movies (obviously; it’s not complete otherwise). But really! They have the train scene from Maguire’s Spider-Man 2 (albeit with the disclaimer “not MCU”), and DON’T have the courtesy to do any X-Men characters whatsoever. The MCU does not encompass all Marvel property, people, and I am kind of tired that mainstream media behaves as if it does! (props to the physicist for wearing a fantastic 4 tie)
