Making Daemon power hungry and ready to turn on Rhaenyra is one of the worse choices I’ve seen so far in this show. In the same vein as not even sparing a glance at his daughters. Has me absolutely pissed.

Making Rhaenyra think Daemon has to prove himself and resent the fact that she’s had to rely on him for strength is a fucking choice when season one she asked him to marry her not only because she loved him so deeply, but because she needed his strength for THIS shit and was fully aware of it.

The writing this season has me wanting them to put the damn Blackwoods on the throne and be done with everything.
