i haven’t thought much about who would tell katniss or how they would go about tellling her honestly but i like to think that she knows. i like to think that peeta or her mother told her, but i haven’t thought about how id write it in much depth!

i mention that she’s kinda catatonic/despondent in the hospital, so there’s also a question of whether or not she’s even registered what she’s being told. TLDR is that i’m not sure how she knows but it gives me peace of mind to think that someone’s told her and that it’s brought her at least a little bit of solace.

i’m writing a sequel from annie’s perspective, but id love to write one shots for that AU because i did a lot of world building / character development etc that didn’t get used in the end! i’ll definitely look at writing a katniss and finnick reunion!!!
