Sketchavember - Day 15

Sketchavember - Day 15
Continuing the theme of practicing things that are difficult, here's Nat in profile. I need more practice I think.

Sketchavember - Day 21
Another portrait with a plant in the background, because I am very creative and never repeat ideas. XD
This is Medach, who I haven't used in so long I can't even remember the name of his kingdom (I'm sure I've got it written down somewhere). He takes the throne at the age of 16 after his father's untimely death. He doesn't sleep well any more.
There won't be any more of these for the weekend, because I will be at Thought Bubble with Sammy, Shaz and Jack! If you are in Leeds this weekend, please come and find us in the Allied London Hall. Remember, if you want free mini-comics you need only use the secret password, 'do you have a business card?'.
Also, why is it so hard to draw things on people's heads? Hats, crowns, hairbands, I find them impossible!

Sketchavember - Day 20
A matching portrait of Larkspur, since I did Fret the day before.

Sketchavember - Day 22 and 23
I'm back from Thought Bubble! And uploading these together because they're both cheating to some extent. Sweetpea was doodled up in the train station, intended to be finished later, but then Sammy and I had such an awful journey to Leeds I completely forgot. (I guess you guys might find it interesting to see my initial sketch though?) Then on Saturday I was so tired I just drew Poppet, which in pencil seems like cheating because she's incredibly easy to draw. I don't think I've ever goofed up a picture of Poppet at the pencil stage. I'm not convinced it would even be possible.

Behold! This year's postcards! I just got these ready in time for Thought Bubble next weekend (where I will be with Sammy, Shaz and Jack, in the Allied London Hall at table 93), I hit my print deadline with mere hours to spare!
This year you get Nat with his magic shadow, Shasta carving some charms (because I'm going to keep including him in these sets until someone else likes him as much as I do, damn it!), Larkspur watching mysterious lights near her home in the marshes, and Sweetpea being his adorable self. I hope you like them!

Sketchavember - Day 30
One final Sweetpea to round out this fantasy theme! He's happy to have so many pictures drawn of him. (Sammy did one too!)
This year one ear fell off, but the other hasn't yet. Who knows how long he'll be lopsided?
