(Directly inspired by the @undertalepositivityproject). The aim of this blog is to spread positivity and good vibes throughout the OP fandom!

How does it work?

All you gotta do is send an ask or a submit a post with a nice message to this blog addressed to someone you like or inspires you, etc (with their @/username included) and I'll put it on a card and post it anonymously

That's basically it! The guidelines are in the blog description, but otherwise- go wild! Send multiple asks! Has someone already been sent a card? Well then send that person another one! There are so many wonderful people in the One Piece community I'm sure you've already thought of one person you'd like to say something nice to :)

Can I submit cards for the blog to use?

Feel free to submit your own One Piece themed cards (as long as you don't steal any art that isn't yours to make it!) And they don't have to look like the cards I've made either, just make sure that there's enough space to fit a message onto it 👍. see the whole thing about artists and writers wanting reblogs over likes often gets framed as increasing exposure or more notes or positive reinforcement or whatever

but really I think the thing that’s missing is that people want engagement? I don’t particularly care if only five people see something I’ve made if they make some kind of comment or ask a cool question or whatever. A lot of us make stuff because we want to share something we love. When everyone just kind of goes 👍 it’s basically the same as bouncing ideas around your own head and not sharing any of it so. Why bother lol

Canon vs fanon Sanji discourse is always funny to me because… girlie which fanon Sanji are you talking about? There’s so many! You’ve got:

Bisexualji: Basically canon Sanji except he’s bi. His women loving antics can range from no different from canon to a bit toned down. Usually low-key about his sexuality but otherwise normal about it.

Internalised homophobiaji: What the name says. Feelings have to get punched out of him (usually by Zoro). Can be annoying to read/write but the when done well it’s chef’s kiss (pun intended)

Slutji: Most featured in E-rated fics. The fact that he sleeps around (mostly with men) is sometimes used to make someone jealous (mostly Zoro). OOC but when it’s one of those every man on the Grand Line dicks down Sanji fics… it doesn’t really matter does it.

Frenchji: When Sanji is essentially turned into APH France - refined, high-class, has impeccable fashion and uses expensive cologne, wears a deep V blouse, long wavy hair is always preferred. Mostly seen in 40!Sanji fics.

Twinkji: The most common target of these “fanon Sanji ew” complaints but unless you’re on Wattpad he’s actually a rare occurrence? Identifiers are an exaggerated height difference with Zoro, skinny, completely gay, 2000s yaoi level of bottom. I have to say I’ve maybe come across this 1% of the time.

Whumpji: He’s traumatised, he’s depressed and anxious, he thinks no one loves him, he thinks he deserves to suffer. Vinsmokes are 11/10 the time involved. Luffy is sunshine incarnate in these.

Princeji: When he’s either in a royalty AU or never escaped Germa. Usually acts more “pure” than his canon version because Zeff didn’t raise him to be sassy and chivalrous. Maintains the 5-9 year old Sanji personality. Very cute. Even cuter when combined with rogue/knight Zoro.

Tsunji: This is just canon Sanji. The louder he screams at you the more he loves you. His love language is beating you up then leaving a plate of food next to your work station. Objectively the best Sanji.

What if Luffy got a tattoo that was ASL in memory of Ace and Sabo in the same spot Ace had his, but it's pre-dressrosa and everyone just assumes the "S" is for Shanks. Everyone knows Shanks because Luffy's mentioned him several times. Each crew member has asked why his hat means so much to him, so he tells them all about Shanks. He thinks Sabo is still dead, so he never talks about him and never tells everyone what the "S" actually stands for.

Fast forward to the end of Dressrosa and Luffy has a crisis because there is a giant x through the S and Sabo is definitely very much alive now.
