cold sheets engulf your hot body... the fact that your closest friends are ALL in love with you...

"oh goodness gracious, how the hell did i not see this coming? are they all really in love with me or are they all playing a sick prank... they wouldn’t do that... they know about **** so why would they mess with me now?!?" your brain couldn't stop rambling to yourself and it made you lose track of reality. soon enough, it was the next morning and your kids barge into your room and jump on your bed.

"momma! wake up!! daddy's home!!" nari squeals as kyun wraps his small body around your torso.

"nari, do you mean mingyu is here?" she nods quickly, jumps off of your bed, and runs to the door.

"y/n, open the door! we're here." mingyu says loudly while knocking on the door.

you finally open the door for the men outside of the door, nari began grabbing at mingyu and kyun runs around seungcheol, vernon, and wonwoo.

"you guys want breakfast? i have yet to make food for nari and kyun..." you say softly while petting kyun's head.

"just take a seat and i'll make some french toast and coffee for you guys."

mingyu, vernon, seungcheol, and your kids takes seats in your fairly large living room. wonwoo on the other hand decides to help you in the kitchen, he beats the eggs while you make coffee.

"woo, why did you have to tell me what you told me?" you stated while keeping your eyes on the cup in your hands. "y/n, you deserve to know."

"how long have you been in love with me?"

"ever since i knew what love is..."

you sighed softly while turning on the burner, you start on the french toast quietly when suddenly nari runs into the kitchen. "momma, daddy told me to give this to you!" she happily chirpped at you while handing you a small box with a necklace.

you chuckled and put the necklace on nari instead of you, "take care of this for me baby. tell mingyu thank you for me." she dances away from you and sings happily, "daddy's necklace for mommy is pretty!"

you finish making breakfast and cut up smaller pieces for your kids, "breakfast is ready! come here!"

the kids run to you and yelps which indicates that they want to sit in their high chair. "vern can you put them in their chairs? i need to get our coffee..." you say sweetly.

you turn around while everyone gets settled at your dining table. you pour out multiple cups of coffee amongst your guests and two small cups of warm milk.

the men in front of you were talking to your children and it made you very happy to see them get along, kind of weirds you out that nari calls mingyu her daddy but... as long as he makes her happy then that is all that matters...

the next couple hours consisted of basic household chores like washing dishes, doing laundry, and picking up after your own kids. in no time, it was the kids nap time and luckily wonwoo and mingyu knew that so they put them into clean clothes and put them to sleep. you dragged all the men in your home to the living room, it was finally time to understand what was going on...

it made you genuinely nervous but you knew it wouldn't be good to push this all behind.

"okay, i literally do not understand how all of you are in love with me... and why none of you told me..."

a mix of expressions are painted across the men's face but wonwoo slowly sits up and began to mumble his explantation

"y/n... do you think we had the courage to tell you that we love you? it was hard for vernon to gain your trust, it was hard for seungcheol to even make you acknowledge him..."

"wonwoo, you know exactly why i-i did all of those things." you voice began to shiver, he knows this is a sensitive topic for you and he knows that he's the only one who knows most of the story. "you kn-ow why it took me so long to l-et them in..."

seungcheol can see the pain from you past, something he never knew too much about... vernon knows that he put you through some pain in the past and he felt so guilty for doing so... mingyu was playing with his hands as he listens to you and wonwoo.

seungcheol cleared his throat softly to gain your attention and he asks a question you wish could just avoid for a long time but here it is... it smacked you right in the face.

"why did it take you so long to trust vernon and i? you know we aren't bad people..." his voice sound brittle, his eyes became glossy as they stare into yours.

you began shaking your head as you stood up, you grab a small box from the top of a cabinet. it was a memory box, not even your children knew about it. you slowly pull out an ancient photo, it was of you and ****.

wonwoo stood up and grabs the photo, "you told me you got rid of this y/n!" his voice began to raise as you started to pull out other things from the box. "wonwoo, don't raise your voice at y/n." mingyu says while looking up at wonwoo.

"gyu, it's okay. there's a reason why i kept it... i figured i end up telling vern and cheol one day."
