You should have already seen that Lucy’s words were translated into English as ‘I’m here’, which is not quite correct.

What she said in Japanese literally means ‘I’m with you’.

Some of you may think that it is not such a big difference, but I think for us, NaLu shippers, it is important, because ‘I’m with you’ sounds more intimate.

You know that in manga every single word matters, so such choice of words is not just a coincidence, it must convey some deeper meaning.

So I guess this way Mashima sensei wanted to show us how much closer Lucy had become to Natsu.

Chapter went as I expected except for the last part. A Gruvia moment even without the latter. 😍 There were some really funny dialouges as well. 😂😅

and seeing all this happen cracked me up 😂

honestly, i really look forward to seeing these two fight. i’ve always wanted to see them go at it just to see how strong Lucy’s become, and thanks to this chapter i kinda got a glimpse at it

and the fact that he hesitated because he didn’t want to hurt her even tho he knows she’s not the real Lucy ;-;

not to mention how Natsu went into Lightning Dragon Mode

but i’m ngl, this part had me lowkey emotional with seeing Aquarius again 🥺 speaking of her, i really want Lucy to find her key again and i’m curious to how it’s gonna happen

all in all, i was so satisfied with this chapter and cannot wait for the next!
