This is glorious and even thought it doesn’t fit in the range of all the paranormal, I MUST share

It works like this: You tell Kitestring that you’re in a dangerous place or situation, and give it a time frame of when to check in on you. If you don’t reply back when it checks your status, it’ll alert your emergency contacts with a custom message you set up.

It doesn’t require you to touch anything (like bSafe) or shake your phone (like Nirbhaya) to send the distress signal. Kitestring is smarter, because it doesn’t need an action to alert people, it needs inaction.

Prepare for Umbrellas

Me and my friends family had to pass through the 'Prepare for umbrellas' Area to get to somewhere. The 'Prepare for umbrellas' area is a huge place filled with rotting giant flesh filled with giant maggots. The flesh was so huge it was towering and making areas of darkness under it. We were on a platform that let us see a safe distance away but it had missing steps to its ladders. If you fell, then no one was coming to rescue you. Your best bet was killing yourself before the maggots got you. I was trying to climb the ladder to get away but my hands kept slipping. The reason they call it 'Prepare for umbrellas', was because it near constantly rained. So i kept jumping down and sliding over the flesh that was under the platform. Basically holding it up. I was fast enough to only startle the man eating maggots and none bit me. But there was another woman who kept coming back to the place. I remember thinking she was in some kind of cult or something. Eventually after my third fall i heard a commotion. I turned vack and the exterminators were here. A task force that kills the maggots that get too close and reduces their numbers once in a while. There was no completely getting rid of them so best to keep the casualties at bay. There were always children you could see from the platform getting mawled by the maggots. It wasn't that sad of a sight. At least you couldn't hear them screaming. What i didn't mention was that the rotting flesh smelled, well, as disgusting as a towering mass of maggot filled flesh could. And the exterminators shot anyone who smelled like it. They couldn't risk it. And i had been sliding down it.

Dream me panicked. I ran up the ladders as fast as i could and reached the platform. By then my friend's family was back from whatever they were doing and we were all climbing the ladders. Waiting for my turn i heard a slip and scream. I didn't look down but i knew exactly what happened. The lady had been taken. She was struggling and screaming for someone, Anyone to save her. I wondered if we had a gun with us as i climbed the ladder.

And if my aim was good enough to kill her from this high.

We finally reached the last platform but i knew one of us was going to die. Someone always did at these sorts of places. And i was right.

A lady behind us got grabbed by the maggots, or whatever flesh they managed to control. At first she complained that she couldn't hawl herself up for some reason. That her clothes got stuck on something. But i knew.

The scariest thing was that they managed to get so high.

And she was terrified understandably. But the people on the platform merely laughed and teased her. They were used to such horrors.

They ended up cutting her leg off. We didn't have bandages so we could only hope she didn't bleed out.

She probably did.

Some notes:

The rotting flesh had been there for as long as anyone could remember. So by all rights all of it should be gone by now. We think the maggots keep it up as a sort of breeding ground.

No one knows what animal the flesh came from. Not even the biggest animals in history could compare. It's best not to think about it.

If you're looking at the ground from the platforms then you'll notice that the floor is always moving. Don't focus on it.

Or you'll see something you wish you didn't.

What if instead of writing someone's name in the Death Note you actually have to write the name most people know them by.

Like, imagine how much faster the show would have ended.

The moment L revealed himself he would've been a goner.
