Phinazertus L'Nejushtova, born as Kamuszoriel Nerhamousi, is the only angel representative of the Government of Interdimensional Peace and Righteousness (GIPAR). Besides being the leader of the Hand of Almighty Justice, they're responsible for overseeing agents and assassins sent by GIPAR. He's secretly a maltheist, believing that the titans possess great jealousy, using it as an excuse to guard their power at the expense of the Chokturszemivja's creation. They believe that the titans aggressively hoard their power so that they may protect themselves from annihilation. They view the titans as tyrants who choose destructive solutions rather than completely eradicating the wickedness in mortal hearts. They’re righteous and vengeful, punishing wrongdoings, directing human affairs to maintain equilibrium, and ensuring that happiness is not excessive.

Unlike many of their angelic brethren, they would never harm a mortal unless reasonably provoked into doing so. They're incredibly compassionate, with a willingness to help alleviate the suffering of others and ensure that they're of sound mind and body. They possess a great deal of patience, carefully observing people and situations unfold from a distance before acting in a reasonable and thoughtful manner. However, they do have a bit of a temper, lashing out at those who get under their skin and don't respect their boundaries. They're serious-minded, no-nonsense, and extremely loyal, but can come off as pompous and posh at times, which belies their childish and playful nature. Despite this noticeable pride, they're fully aware that they aren't above lying, cheating, or showing kindness when the situation calls for it.

They have a sylph-like, gaunt ectomorphic body type with a triangular torso, a slightly bloated abdomen, slender fingers, legs adorned with gilded feathers, silvery claws and talons, and bluish-black chicken feet. They're close to 9' 1" (276.86 cm) in height with pallid skin, a black mole on the left side of their nose bridge, a stiff neck covered in bulbous sores, and twenty Chinese white-browed rosefinch wings. They have three eyes: two sage green eyes and a third eye on their forehead, which has a black sclera, a dark blue iris, and a red-orange pupil with a golden outline. They have glossy rosy brown hair with streaks of beryl green and periwinkle, and straight locks that cascade down to their knees. They have stitches running along the length of their upper back, and their chest and part of their abdomen have severe scarring.

For Phinazertus' work outfit, they wear a flowing pale mauve robe that's cinched at the waist with a silvery girdle. A black lamb pelt with citrine eyes hangs from the right side of the girdle, its upper half draped elegantly downwards. They wear a pastel pea chasuble featuring an image on the back that depicts gold-embroidered weighing scales, with a goose feather and sword balanced equally, and a snake encircling the base. They don a light blue-green stole with embroidered hanging geese in soft pink Persian pastel on either side, and a halo of silvery light above their head. A diadem adorns Phinazertus' head, featuring small bones covered in gold leaf and upwards-facing phoenix feathers.

For Phinazertus’ casual outfit, they wear golden anklets and a long coat made of soft white fur, adorned with six Arctic fox tails stitched to the hem. They wear a silvery belt with a gold buckle, holding up their watermelon pink harem pants with a horizontal pattern of dusty blue wavy lines and African violet dots. They don a silky seance crop top that features a high neckline with an asymmetrical shoulder strap detail and a draped look. In the middle of the crop top, there’s a golden waning gibbous moon with a black crescent shadow, silver moon craters, and pale pink and coral orange rays of light encircling it. They also wear detachable seance sleeves with a few pastel pink Japanese clouds and silver-hued daggers, reaching partially above their elbows. Phinazertus wears a golden ouroboros-styled torque with pink moonstone eyes and swan goose feather earrings with blue-grey tassels.

When in their true form, they have the body and forelegs of a grey wolf, outstretched silver-haired bat wings, and a lesser sooty owl’s head. Their beak shows yellowed and crooked canine teeth, and their scaly, bipedal legs are in a shade of bluish-black with draconic feet, silvery talons, and a grotesque musculature. They have a spiky, serpentine tail of fiery copper with wings similar to those of an Indian peacock and a serpent's head that can cure snake bites.

They have knowledge and manipulative control over holy water and fire, medicine, the phases of the moon, the lunar calendar, retribution, methods of protection, and cryptic dreams. They can observe bloodshed and the lives of sinners simultaneously, and use their evil eye–the one on their forehead—to cause mental injury to anyone it falls upon. In order to travel across the multiverse, they can use moon rocks and abandoned ruins to teleport. Their raw strength allows them to split planets in half, and cause several shockwaves and earthquakes.

Phinazertus can resolve serious conflicts through Faustian bargains, but will only do so on the condition that the person gives up their voice, sight, or hearing. As a result, they can instantly reconcile controversies between friends and foes, and procure love and feuds. They have a fiery and poisonous breath, and their physical and mental strength are increased tenfold during the day. They’re responsible for imbuing every newborn mortal with the ability to redeem themselves and have their own understanding of morality.

As an Æylphitus, the different parts of their name have special meanings: Phinazertus means “to turn and seek refuge or bronze mouth” and L’Nejushtova means “serpentine oracle”. In regards to their birth name, Kamuszoriel means “god is my ruler” and Nerhamousi “to give what is due”.

They’re 37.5% virtue, 25% principality, 12.5% seraph, 12.5% ophanim, 12.5% earthly angel, and 6% traitor of the country (treachery demon).

Phinazertus was a willing test subject for the angelic experiments of the Bureau of Researching and Securing Extramundane Curiosities (BRSEC). They don't go into detail about what happened to them during the experiments, but they did undergo genetic modification and ability augmentation.

They deeply care about all of the members of the Hand of Almighty Justice and will do everything in their power to protect them.

Sigyn pre and post Ragnarok (outfits)

I wanted to draw the difference between Sigyn’s wardrobe both pre and post Ragnarok in my interpretation.

Sigyn’s wardrobe pre Ragnorak is less than fancy but that’s more of her style. She doesn’t really wear the traditional Asgardian fashion like most of the other Aesir goddesses. But that doesn’t mean she hates wearing anything fancy she puts on more formal wear durning events where she’s required to. But most of the time she wears more darker colors (such as greens,blacks,and greys) and her cloths are constantly tattered due to the amount of fighting she does. But that’s nothing a little sewing will fix. After marrying Loki she wears a ring with a emerald gem stone to represent her marriage to them (Loki’s ring has a blue gemstone to represent Sigyn). Her wardrobe is reflective of a spitfire and adventurous but loving personality.

Sigyn’s wardrobe post Ragnork changes drastically from her previous one. After Loki’s death durning Ragnorak , Sigyn returns to Vanaheim with Freya and Njord. Where Freya names Sigyn her Lady upon becoming Queen. Sigyn’s wardrobe becomes primarily fancy and a little bit based off of Vanir fashion. She wears a ringlet around her hair to represent her status and she still has hints of darker colors in her outfits as a callback to her past. Her color scheme shifts though to more muted yellows/golds, purples, and pinks. She keeps her earrings but her hair is more tamed then her semi tamed style in the past. Sigyn is more reserved and actively mourning the lose of Loki and her children (she’s unaware Vali is alive). Sigyn not really handling her grief well at first stores her wedding ring away.
