If Candy is a stand-in for "Drugs" in Doodle World. And the Icyridge "Water" makes people "drunk" in Icyridge. (wow great wording) Then that must mean that the "Icyridge Water" is a stand-in for Alcohol. Only guards are now the only ones allowed to get plastered. The people can't get drunk any more. That must suck.

I have this headcanon that the Blue Strings after the Doodle War didn't just disappear But the connection between them and the heroes was severed. Like at the cost of your free will and body, you become "fearless" and know what to do in a battle. Essentially becoming a perfect soldier, yet with no thoughts or idea to think for yourself as someone else is doing that for you. Wouldn't you feel so lost and numb? I imagine that whenever the Blue Strings take full control over any person's body, they grow numb for a moment and they're in a bit of a daze. They don't at first realize they have the Blue String; it takes a while to set in that you have it. Hence, I headcanon why when we control Portia in the Oasis, she doesn't notice it since it's only for one short fight. Player essentially has to become a soldier for an up-and-coming war and that must feel terrifying. They're only a teenager, one that never even wanted to go out and do the Key Hunt yet has to deal with the burdens of having to save a whole person, then a whole island. I feel like another reason why the Blue Strings disappeared not only because the connection was severed but also because after a war is over... Why would you need a soldier? They serve no other purpose, hence why the Blue String dipped after the war, since why would you need to be "fearless" and know everything in battle if there is no important battle?

He spams legendaries and doesn't even bother leveling up the rest of his team, I'm willing to bet that he just gives crumbs of exp to his other teams. Hence the lower level compared to Quincy. Compare that to Regular Quincy who's been getting stronger and not just using only one doodle. Zavier is much less experienced with battling, like I said, he uses all blasting and special moves on a doodle with SLASH EXPERT. At least Quincy's smart enough to have slashing moves on his Horbeast with Slash Expert.

Imagine after the Frigid Key, Quincy, Suzie and Player all go to that fancy restaurant to unwind and relax. Player's just happy to finally eat something and not have to deal with any shenanigans. ... Then shenanigans ensue. As Player's munching on breadsticks, fucking Zavier shows up and threatens to blow up the whole place. Causing people to rush out in a panic. Player rolls their eyes and goes to stand up, but Quincy stops Player and goes "You've done enough, let me handle this" and gets up to square up with Zavier. And then like they have a super cool one-on-one fight with their Horbeast, but Quincy being much more experienced and because Zavier's Horbeast just... sucks. (Brother has exclusively blast moves on a doodle with Slash Expert) Quincy wins and Suzie's like "Wow! That was awesome!"

I have this theory that Suzie ate Chocotine, like the chemical in the Dark Chocolate held item. When you give this to a doodle that is not a food type, they take damage instead of heal. And what if this chocolate is like... very very bad towards humans, hence why it's locked away in a chest and the only way to get more is from the VP shop or Runic Island. And the chocolate we find in von Sweetsville has a bite mark in it... so what if Suzie bit it?
