Do You Know Why Ted Bundy Is Being Portrayed As An Impressive Guy? Its Because THATS HOW PEOPLE ACTUALLY

Do you know why Ted Bundy is being portrayed as an impressive guy? Its because THATS HOW PEOPLE ACTUALLY SAW HIM. He was smart. He was above average in the looks department. He could talk to you and make you believe everything. He was planning on becoming a politician. He had a degree in psychology. He knew how to analyze people.Ted Bundy is like a fictional character because no body wants to believe that a good-looking, smart man could do something like this. His friends were mostly women. Ted Bundy himself said“People don’t realize that murderers do not come out in the dark with long teeth and saliva dripping off their chin.” Men and women alike could not believe that he could do something like this. However, when the evidence started piling up and he could not speak his way out of a hole, it was revealed that he kidnapped raped and killed 30+ people.

☕️ white people who fetichize POC, like having a POC oc and automatically thinking that they themselves are somehow POC because of it(?)

oh word?

because it’s such a strong word, i usually censor it. it’s gotten to the point where i even blacklist this word. i try to use this word as little as possible and when i do, i really mean it.

i hate it when white people do that.

white people try so HARD to try and be cultured and they go to the extremes to put themselves in that narrative. people want to be black and brown but they don’t care for us. they don’t understand what we go through because of the color of our skin, the traumas that we face, and what kind of hardships we go through JUST because of who we are. when you make an original character that is a person of color, great! love that you include representation for such an underrepresented in your art. when artists of color and white artists come together to create fascinating original characters of color, it’s amazing and i love the solidarity that comes with it. we need more of that!

however, this comes with responsibilities that many white people do not understand.

first off, you are not a person of color when you create such an OC. you are not endowed to be using vernacular language that’s reserved for that particular person, you are not granted permission to appropriate a culture that isn’t yours, and you are not a white savior for creating an OCC (original character of color). it irks me when white people think they can be that culture just because they did a few google searches and automatically think they know it front and back. nah, fuck that, you don’t know jack SHIT. it’s like having a white person being the spanish professor, it’s like having a white person teach black history…something about that picture ain’t right and that’s because colonizers are teaching something that isn’t rightfully theirs. white voices don’t matter when it comes to this kinda shit and they never will. YOU WILL NEVER BE A PERSON OF COLOR! UNDERSTAND THAT! you are no expert if you create an OCC like mf TRUST. it’s a stupid mentality if they think that way like no?? like just know that this isn’t your space to be in and you are here as a guest and you must respect us. when we call you out, respect that because we know what the fuck we’re talking about. you have no say in the matter because you haven’t been in our shoes and never will.

as for fetishizing a whole ass race, oh, i’ve seen that shit first hand and it’s revolting. a good friend of mine fetishizes indian men and has told me some pretty…disgusting things that borderline racist. when you view a person of color as only their race like an asian woman or a latinx woman, you are being racist. speaking as a latina, we are not your “spicy mami”, we are not your “housemaid”, we are not “fiery”, nor are we all curvy and shapely. this fetishizing harms so many women of color’s perception of themselves and how they are viewed in society. my heart breaks every time i see a woman of color not value herself as a human being but rather as an object for consumption. we are placed in this box and if we cross those lines, we are criticized for it. thanks to white people, we are kept in cages that take time to free ourselves from. i am still bound by shackles sometimes but i am trying to heal and move forward. WHITE FOLKS STOP TELLING US WHY WE SHOULDN’T BE ANGRY AS HELL AT THEIR TREATMENT OF US CHALLENGE!! LIKE WHY DON’T Y’ALL FUCKING UNDERSTAND? anwyes, as you can see….

send me a ☕️ and a topic and I’ll talk about how I feel about it

The Panthers used to ride around and follow the police.

So the cops would pull over some sorry black person, and get ready to rough him up, but then there were the Panthers right behind them. Watching, armed to the teeth, and citing legal statutes. It’s inspirational.
