I don’t think it necessarily means torture, but she meant him to be in trouble/have consequences while he was quite literally bleeding out.
it is crazy and entitled to say “Aemond must be questioned sharply” as he is bleeding out and his eye was sitting outside his body on the table. She only did it distract and push back against being called out for having bastards. The case at hand isn’t where Aemond heard these rumors, it was how he has lost a body part, and she made it about herself to avoid getting in trouble

The actors have no part in this butchery, do not send hate to them. (I love them, the show is just shit honestly.)

Today was your free day, and so you decided to go grocery shopping, you held Ben while browsing through aisles. Life was peaceful, but let us see how your mate is doing.
