To elaborate:

I've only posted a few blinkies that I've made, and all of them were made with blinkies.cafe, which is super easy and is really just adding text to a template. I definitely don't need credit for these. Feel free to use them.

All of the others are ones I've found. If I give credit in the post, you should give the same credit if you use them. Many of my blinkies, however, are either from geocities (old company that hosted websites, no longer exists except via the internet archive) or I can't find who made them. Feel free to use these without giving credit to anyone, unless someone dms you claiming them.

Basically:

you never need to credit me, unless I post something I've made and I specify that.

Give credit to the makers whenever possible: even if it's not required, both the artists and collectors appreciate it.

geocities finds typically don't need credit; they're usually 20+ years old.

If you make a mistake and someone asks you to credit something, do it and move on. This happened a lot early on for me, and still sometimes. Most people aren't "mad" persay, they just want credit.

Hope this was helpful. I plan on going into more depth about this kind of thing in an internet guide I'll post in a couple of weeks.

True Beauty

One that wakes up to the rosy, warm colors of the sun, should realize they are a lucky one. The beautiful and colorful sphere rising over the trees, when the day has just begun. To get an alluring picture of this vibrant daybreak is easier said than done. No need for a photographer’s eye to capture true beauty.

Mid-day, also called noon, with the sun at its blinding peak, there is no time for the luminous moon. Shifting into the afternoon, slowly ending a delightful day in June. A camera would not be able to capture such elegance.

The end of the day, the sunset. The dark, yet colorful, exquisite vignette. Light turning to dark as it becomes night, to forgive and forget is all anyone can wish for tomorrow. The time comes to reflect, before it starts all over again, a virtuous cycle. -r.b.

First Post!

Hello! Call me Sam! I am a 33-year-old fangirl who has been shipping characters for YEARS!!!! I am able to indulge in this lifestyle because...I am disabled...emotionally...yeah...

ANYWAY! Along with the shipping, I was writing Fanfics since I was in High School, but I had to stop because I lost Microsoft Word and my FanFiction.net accounts. Both of them...

Anyway, in 2018 I graduated from Full Sail University with a BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment, and started going OVERBOARD on reading Fanfics, entering new fandoms, and rekindling the desire to write Fanfics!

NOTE: I cannot draw anything other than Stick Figures, so I will say it here so as not to have to keep saying this in my posts:

I try to make it a habit to post a link to the site that I get the art from and who drew it originally. I would also LOVE some help with understanding fandom explanations of tropes and phrases, (at least the ones commonly used nowadays!) I have been doing some of that research already, but I am always willing to learn more from others.

Also, since I have a fixed income, I need to know any cheap options on writing software/work arounds to not being able to afford Microsoft Office...thanks in advance!
