I stopped eating popcorn and corn in general a while ago but honestly a good calming or funny movie to escape the anhedonia and the stress of mental spiraling is what everyone really needs every once in awhile. A good movie and a healthy snack like air poppedpopcorn with low sodium and avocado oil. I thank the Lord for weekends and good food. Amen. God bless
When you're feeling very lonely despite having a contact list that has at least 20 people that you could possibly reach out to, and you don't reach out to them, there is always the free and constant capability to talk to God and your lonesome. Just know that you're not alone even if you feel like you are. God bless
