How Would Every One Felt If I Where To Create A Family Friendly Version Of The First Saw Movie?

How would every one felt if I where to create a “family friendly” version of the first saw movie?

The saw franchise has been my biggest hyper-fixation for just about 9 years now and I want to be able to share it in a gore-free way that focuses more on the story aspects behind the characters and the detective side of the movies.

So that had me thinking of a way to make it watchable for those who are sensitive to gore, My best friend who loves detective shows inspired me to clip it and edit it.

My plan is to edit/snip out the bits with loud screaming, blood, gore, and intense torture moments by making silly little hand drawn goofy versions of what’s happening or put a meme on screen when ever some things had does happen and use a watered down written description for the scene instead so it’s friendly to other watchers. ((Plus silly little commentary in the corner)) this will also have English subtitles for those who are hard of hearing.

I love how I have just the ability to create random stuff with the new resources I have in art school- like I got a whole ass wood working shop to my disposal

So what do I do? MAKE A WOODEN SWORD FOR A COSTUME IS WHAT!

((Still gotta paint it and add flame details but like- this only took me 2 hours- I feel unstoppable))
