I can see Worthing from my window. It’s because I’m so high up that I can see the little lights. The weather is absolutely awful with the wind and the rain and I just want to pack my rucksack and leave home. No note, no contact with family of any sort, just grab my boots, my wallet, some food and water and maybe a change of clothes before putting on my coat and leaving this life behind. I know I can walk to shoreham in 1hr and a half, how far could I get with no time limit. I’m so tempted to find out.

Bad advice

My therapist tells me:
