RJG Thoughts #2
It would have been nice for Eggplant to have appeared in more than one episode - she's Jet's aunt, after all
Also, Uncle Zucchini literally never once interacted with his son, Zerk. They seem like they would make for a pretty comedic duo, too - Zerk thinking he's an expert on everything, Zucchini either genuinely not knowing enough to know his son doesn't know what he's talking about and/or just going along with what Zerk says because that's easier than trying to argue with him, lmao
RJG Thought of the Day
If Sunspot hadn't singed his tail on that comet, the Great Galacto probably would've shrunk down into nothing
Voltaire: The Vegan Vampire incorrect quote
Uncle Stein: *Double checking supplies in the boat* Compass. CB radio. Sunscreen.
Uncle Frank: Hot dog costumes!
Uncle Stein: I’m sorry, what?
Uncle Frank: You know, in case we get lost at sea, and one of us, probably Voltaire, goes mad with hunger, we’ll put these on. Voltaire hates hot dogs, so he probably won’t eat us.
Uncle Stein: Are you saying that Voltaire would rather eat us than hot dogs?
Voltaire: I do hate hot dogs.
RJG Headscratcher - The Third Species of Bortronian
It is stated in BtB7 that there are three species of Bortronian. However, the third species appears to have three distinct types.
When the red, crab-resembling Bortronian server at the restaurant gives Jet and friends their food, Jet says they're the third species of Bortronian and checks it off the list on his tablet. The Bortronian shown on the list is a grey, squid-resembling cyclops, confirming the two are the same species.
The other kind, the yellow Bortronians with two eyes and what looks like fins on their heads, are likely the same species as well.
If all three are the same species, why do they look so different? A plausible theory is extreme sexual dimorphism, but didn't Craig Bartlett say Bortronians were neither male nor female? However, he was referring to Jet when he said that, so maybe he only meant the humanoids?
Cousins

I drew young Celery, her brother Zucchini, and their cousin, Spinach (never seen in the show; heard in "Sunspot and the Great Red Spot").
The kids usually get along, but right now it looks like a conveniently 11-minute-long feud is starting...
Generation xerox, anyone?
