My dog helped me when I was having a mental break down<3
So a while ago, I was having a mental breakdown, and had cut a few cuts. (I have a long history with cutting but now I basically never do it, but this particular day was an unfortunate expection). I was crying pretty loudly and no one was home expect me and our three dogs. We had gotten a new puppy about four months ago, and well, him and I hadn't exactly bonded. This time, our newest dog walked up to me and started licking my arms and looking at me with his little adorable puppy eyes. I sat down next to him Still crying and he started licking my face. I just sat there hugging him while he carefully licked my face. (Now I'm not a fan of dogs licking me, but it was so cute and made me actually feel better). I had earlier covered my cuts with a paper and put my sleeve over it. I don't know how, but while we sat there, this little guy, started ripping my sleeve. At first I was confused. What was he trying to do? Then I remembered, the cuts. He managed to pull down my sleeve and rip (and then eat) the paper that was covering the cuts. I was so amazed. He then tried to start licking my fresh cuts, but that's where I "woke up" and stopped him. Not only did he manage to calm me down and made me feel better, but he knew about the cuts, under my sleeve and the paper and tried to lick them. I love him so much. (I'm sorry for the grammar, English is not my first language…)
