Herb Cracker Crusted Baked Cod

I tried something new. I had some crackers that were about to expire, so before they did, I thought of using them. Crushed crackers make a great substitute for those store-bought bread crumbs. I will have to improve the recipe a little, but for now I am satisfied with the result.
