Private organizations like the Justice League have drawn praise and criticism for their involvement in world affairs and criminal justice, and governments across the world have responded in kind with superhumans of their own. The new arms race is here, and everyone wonders where the finish line will be.

In the year 1940: The world is at war, and things have begun to change from the version of history that we know. Technologies have advanced beyond their historical schedule. People with powers are appearing earlier in history than they initially did. Secret societies compete for power behind the veil of the world war. The Justice Society works to prevent atrocities and keep power out of Axis hands, but will they be able to avoid the dangers from the changes that are already happening?
