Course 2 of #SxSEFeast: Singapore x Lima. "Ceviche mixto" yusheng (魚生) salad, with a tamarind-Yuzu dressing. Pear, cucumber, green papaya, red peppers, carrots, Peruvian can have, and line-caught Albacore tuna.
