To elaborate (1.5 hours later) I have said variations of
"Hi, how are you?" "Good, you?" "So far so good"
"Will you open your bag?" "Can I check your bag real fast?" "Please have your bag open and put it on the table," "Will you take your bag off?"
"Phones, keys, wallets. Please take them out and hold them to your head or higher as you go through." "Everything in your pockets, hold it to your head or higher as you go through." "Just hold up anything you think might set it off."
"You only have a few minutes to curtain!"
"Your drink/food can't come in. It's gotta be taken back, thrown away, or eaten/drunk here."
They stopped sounding like words during the last 30 minute rush of the first shift. That only got worse for the second shift.
Words have stopped being words

Idk if it's canon or not, but I love that Bruce just does not want to be the richest man in [basically] the world. He doesn't want to have all that money, no matter how much it benefits him.
So, have this thing that I thought about before sleeping last night, forgot about, and have only now just remembered as I dose off:
Bruce: Tim? How much financial strain would be put on the WE bank accounts if we paid for every hospital bill within Gotham?
Tim: That depends. Major hospitals would take up the majority of it. If you're adding clinics and Doc. Offices and places like that, then we'd probably lose three, maybe four zeroes. Why?
Bruce: Do it.
Tim: Huh?
Bruce: Do it.
Tim: I mean, sure, I guess. Yeah, I'll ...I'll go do that.
Bruce: How long would it take to make that money back?
Tim: I don't know. Depending on sales and stock, I'd guess about six months?
Bruce: Make it a year.
Tim: What?
Bruce: However much it costs to pay off all the medical bills, send that same amount to conservation efforts for the parks and swamp.
Tim: Sure, B.
I've got an interview in 20 minutes!!!!
It's a video interview with the company my dad and older sister work with.
I wasn't originally going to apply to work with them, but me and mom joined them for lunch last week and one of the higher ups suggested I apply.
It's a pretty good chance I'll get the job, but I'm still nervous, y'know?
If I get it, then I'll have two jobs (a full time and a part time). Which is a lot, but the pay would be really good.
I hope I get it.
Wish me luck.
(I'll be adding onto the No Hospitals thread when I'm done, btw)
Update: I survived!!!! I didn't know how to answer some of the questions and my camera (that I tested to make sure was working) decided to not work, but it's fine. I'll know in about a week if they want me to go in for a secondary interview in person
