Writing Edward and James’ scene was SO hard. I remember being in tears multiple times just writing that and having to stop. I have lost both my parents, grandparents, a brother, and now a child so in writing that scene I wanted to convey a lot of that similar emotion of begging and wanting things to turn out alright. I’m so glad that I was able to convey that emotion and help you enjoy the characters and what they’re going through.
