Pro @na secrets:
if not intrested block, dont report xx
1. Drink a lot and I mean A LOT of water. It keeps ur metabolism going on, makes u lose fat, clears ur skin and makes u less hungry. By drinking water and staying hydrated u prevent water weight (bcs when ur hydrated ur body has no need to store water).
2. Sprint, dont run. This helps u lose fat faster. Sprinting means, that u run as fast as u can for 2 minutes, and then walk for 5-10 minutes. Then repeat over and over again.
3. Porridge (ive been gatekeeping this one). Best thing ever. Makes ur stomach flat, makes metabolism fast, helps with digestion and bowel (aka helps u p00p) due to its high healthy fiber. Trust me.

tips on avoiding brain fog!!
I’m someone who studies a lot, and prioritizes school, so brain fog is actually my biggest op. This is what I do to minimize/avoid it! <33
don’t restrict your carbs, because they’re what help you think. instead of stuff like bread and pasta, eat rice cakes, air popped popcorn, and oatmeal.
eat consistently throughout the day, I like to have three meals, 200 cal each, and occasionally a <100 cal snack if I need it. This helps me avoid thinking about food
try to keep your meals balanced. I prioritize protein, then carbs, then fat. I dont eat much fat tbh bc its higher in cals lol😭
before studying i like to eat 1-2 rice cakes to help me focus. Again, carbs are what make your brain work!! Rice cakes are a fast releasing carb source so the brain fog should get better within a few minutes
apples!! They’re another carb source that is decently low cal, a lot of the time during school I’ll just have an apple for breakfast.
bc my cal intake is often a bit higher when I eat so I can focus, I use the energy from those carbs to exercise!! I generally do ab workouts, and go on runs.
caffeine is literally my savior. I drink so much black coffee it’s not even funny. Personally, it helps me focus, although I know it’s not like that for everyone, so do what works for you!
that’s all for now!! I hope these tips can help everyone during the upcoming school year! <33
Being hungry isn’t my problem the cravings are I crave sweet chocolate and greasy fried chicken, pizza and milk shakes.
But it only push me more to stay on the right track cause when I’m “hungry” I ask myself “am I really hungry or do I just want a certain food for the taste?” Today I craved greasy food I broke my fast earlier than usual but I only ate 1/4 of a hamburger meat and 1 slice of bread with a slice of cheese on top.
Was it healthy? Not really, but it’s what I wanted and needed and it’s better to allow myself this tiny greasy meal instead of eating healthy food as usual and on top of that binging on that greasy food I crave later tonight when I can’t stop myself anymore.
