i think imma make a new rule to only eat infront of ppl. if no ones there then DIET coke or some other 0/low cal drink and gum🤗maybe a few safe foods here and there. imma try to stick w this unless i feel like imma di3 or some other reason is stopping me

using a fasting tracker app is such an underrated tip cuz once that timer starts i literally can’t eat anything. like i legit will not allow myself too cuz then im gonna have physical evidence that i have no self control (like imma have to actually admit and accept i broke my fast) which i js can’t have

4na has made life so difficult but like at the same time my confidence has sky-rocketed. like miss thigh gap who??? miss popping collarbones who??? miss boney hips who??? like i’m miserable but happy at the same time it’s so odd
tried a day of ‘recovery’ and it led to a binge so forget it i’m fasting
i’m deadass considering recovery rn because my 4n4 has p much completely transitioned to mi4, which has been way way rougher on me and also more expensive than i can afford. but every time i eat i feel so fkn guilty i don’t know what to do

I’ve seen a couple people here and there mentioning them, so I thought I’d spread the word.
It seems like the bracelets were more or less forgotten a while ago, but I’m hoping we can bring them back. For those who haven’t heard of it: if you’re with Ana, you wear a red beaded bracelet, and if you’re closer to Mia, you wear a blue one. (If you’re somewhere in between, you could do alternating red and blue beads)
It’s a way for us angels to find each other in public; it can be so isolating feeling alone with an 3d. A way for us to communicate, like a secret code nobody else understands.

TW calorie count
I can feel my appetite getting smaller today for lunch I ate 1/2 a cup of pasta with 1 egg and I couldn’t even finish it cause I feel full. so proud of myself!!
It was about 330 calories and I’m aiming for this to be my only full meal of the day and just snack a little bit instead of dinner tonight.
My goal is staying under 500 calories a day

GUYS I LOST 2 LBS IN 4 DAYS
I WAS GETTING DISCOURAGED AND I WENT TO WEIGHT MYSELF AFTER MY SHOWER AND IM NOW 160 LBS I KNOW ITS NOT MUCH WL BUT IM SO HAPPY IT SHOW THAT MY EFFORT PAY OFF SOMEWHAT!!
Okay so I ended up eating 2 part of pizza last night which ear me out isn’t the best but my total calories for yesterday was 330kcal so I think I should still be in a good calories deficit plus I’ve been keeping my diet strictly under 600kcal for a week and will keep doing so so it could have been worst. today I’m allowing myself between 1/4 and 1/2 a cup of oatmeal for the whole day and will go on a minimum 30 minutes walk to make up for it.



This is a gentle reminder that bad days happen, and I enjoyed that pizza very much it was worth it, you just need to know how to make up for those kinda bad days.
Satisfied my craving with seasoned stir fried lettuce.

October 1, dear diary
I let myself eat maximum 600kcal a day and this is only because I have cravings. I eat pretty much only healthy food a lot of protein and take supplements and I still feel like I’m eating too much but everyone on the internet say that it’s not enough.
For 600kcal I can fit 2 meal, 1 coffee and 1 sweet snack. Which honestly fill me up quite well.
I also make sure to do some exercise during the day mostly Lazy exercise like in bed and I privilege intensity over length.
I feel like I’m not doing enough because I’m only down 2 pounds in 1 week and see no difference on my body how much longer will it take I don’t mind the diet at all I actually feel quite comfortable with it now that my system is used to it and I would be willing to keep it that way for an extended period of time but it’s so discouraging to not see result.
The only down side is that I feel constantly dizzy so if y’all know a remedy for this like which supplements or vitamins help with dizziness please lmk.
I lost 7lbs in 2 weeks I’m not 155lbs

Being in a healthy relationship for the first time has seriously impacted my w3!ght, it’s super easy to ga!n when we go out to 34t every weekend. I’ve never been this b!g before and lowkey wanna throw myself but I love my bf so much and he’s so supportive so I’m just gonna do ômád low cål unless we are on a date.
I’m trying to get to at Most 120 by October 31st there are gonna be so many parties and holidays I just wanna get back into my old b°dy.
