Here’s some of my late night doodles, I don’t know why I love torturing Venus so much, he will forever be bitchless to me 😌

Venus: not only did I lose my life and moon, but I still don’t have a lover?

And here’s some mercury angst!

The other planet is Vulcan, he was proved to be fake but I like drawing him anyways -v

During the Proto era all the rocky planets where in their preteens or even younger.

Both Hermes (Mercury) and Vulcan were really immature back then which was to be expected because of their ages, they where just two kids who were in love, Vulcan’s favourite thing was to annoy Aphrodites (Venus) making a growing hatred towards the two from the goddess of love and beauty

She hated that they were happy together while she was still alone, EVERYONE had a lover beside her, even Ares (Mars) who she also hated had a lover! And so one day when Vulcan was extra annoying she threw him away from her so he would leave her alone, not realizing she was actually throwing him into the sun instead, she risked her life in order to save him but failed, not only did she kill someone but she lost her life as well, taking away everything she always wanted, she told Hermes that Vulcan throw himself into the sun, making her think it was her own fault for not realizing how much pain Vulcan was in before he killed himself, as time went on Hermes starting going by Mercury as he started to understand himself better, but at the same time he became more closed off to the other planets, especially Venus as he started to bully him, he became quite and polite, instead of loud and outgoing, it was a big shift but the other planets where too busy dealing with their own stuff to help at the time, leaving Mercury to deal with to everything by himself

Mercury sometimes worries that if they ever meet again that Vulcan wouldn’t like him anymore as he changed so much (including his gender) no matter how much Vulcan says he would lover him no matter what, even when Mercury said he doesn’t feel like a girl sometimes. It’s just Mercury’s anxiety and self doubt getting the best of him, Vulcan it’s just happy that mercury is living his true self:)

I didn’t really know what to do with the background so enjoy :)

I wanted to make a headcannon of Earths hands shearing the same temperature as his core (5200 C and 9392 F) which is actually a lot hotter then the other rocky planets core (+Uranus) even those closer to the sun then he is, another cool thing I found is that Neptune’s core is actually hotter then the Sun’s surface

-Nep’s 7,000 C (12,632 F) core

-Suns 5,600 C (10,000 F) surface

Neptune core is actually warmer compared to Uranus’ too since Uranus’ is 4,982 C (9,000 F)

This could be used for a lot of headcannons and stories I might uses later :D

I wrote this instead of sleeping but here’s another angsty story to feed on <3

~The death of a red Giant~

It was the end. By now all the other planets had been swallowed up by the red giant ready to explode at any moment, Uranus was the only one left in the solar system after Neptune drifted away to who knows where, a part of Uranus is glad that his cousin wouldn’t have to die such a painful death like the rest of them, like poor mercury who’s death was long and drawn out, the only thing he was able to do was scream from his body burning apart from the star he once’s loved, his scream could be heard from across the solar system, giving everyone a insight on their up coming doom, at lest Mercury had other planets around to comfort him while he died, Uranus wasn’t so lucky, he was now the last planet in the solar system, the last to carry its memory of those who once live there, Neptune was still alive, he thinks at lest but Neptune doesn’t remember the countless wars they’ve been through together he hardly remember his own names on the good days, that were fair and few between during the end.

Neptune always told him he focused to much on the bad things in his life, but now Uranus has the opposite problem, the past was his only distraction from his upcoming doom, as the sun grows hotter every orbit, his once iced surface was now reduced to nothing but water even if most of it was absorbed by the sun, and soon he will be nothing, only a planet that once’s lived in a now forgotten solar system forgotten by history as his body is reused to make new planets that will never know he existed, that’s how it works after all, Uranus wish he knew the past lives of the space dust he was created from, he wish he could carry on the memories of those who came before him, but they were forgotten by history with no proof, they ever existed beside they dust they leave behind and soon Uranus will join them, he didn’t want to be forgotten, no one dose but you can’t decide you will be remembered and who will not.

Uranus could only hope in his dying breath that maybe Neptune does remember him even if it’s in a passing thought, so his memory could be passed on, so someone would remember him, no matter how hopeless the thought might be, it’s not like anyone is left to care about him, their is nothing to care about, maybe they would about earth, the only planet who had living beings on its surface, that’ll be a spectacle for all eternity, it’s a amazing feet and extremely rare compared to Uranus, he is just like all others, another ice giant who’s about to die. There is nothing cool or interesting to talk about, his not even worth remembering by those who did know him, after all he was just an ice giant.

Uranus could feel his core begin to melt as the sun grew closer, it’s about to die a fantastical death,with bright colours and explosions for those around it, but for those caught in its cross fires it’s a slow and painful death that draws out for years on end, for the planet who used to orbit the star have to see their friends die one by one as the star slowly devours them. Uranus is not looking forward to his turn, the scream of his friends still ring in his ears when he tries to sleep, a part of him wishes he could be like Sun, fast asleep unaware of the destruction of the solar system that he used to hold so dearly, Uranus doesn’t blame him though, it most be hard knowing your the cause of your planets deaths, with no way to stop it, all you can do it wait until your time comes too, but the process is long. Uranus could feel the heat burning up his surface, his time has come, and now all Uranus can do is close his eyes and hope there’s something on the other side to look forward too

Part two

Never mess with Nep’s fish

This is why I think Earth is such a jerk, his afraid of losing his Earthlings after so many careful disasters, his been through so much and isn’t welling to give up ok them even after they keep hurting him, it’s also why he feels so threaded by other “habitable” planets/moons, his Earthlings aren’t welling to do as much for him as he is for them, and are instead looking for a new home, his afraid of losing the life he fought so hard to have in the first place only for them to possibly leave you for a moon in the very same Solar system must be hard, then everyone will know that they never cared about him and their would be a constant reminder that you where never good enough for the very life you helped created

It’s really fascinating when you think about how much Earth has been through.  He went through a lot of phases and exprerinced a lot of stuff since he was created. The impact Hypothesis from being a hot ball of lava and magma to gaining his first life form and being a pale orange dot, the first ice age covered in complete ice and snow, Pangea and the dino era, the asteroid that killed the dinos- that made the Earth hot and covered in smoke and gas thus blocking the Sun rays from entering the Atmosphere and being covered in eternal darkness, the second ice age and then finally the Earth we know Today. But in spite of going through mass extinctions and Catastrophic/Apocalyptic disasters, Earth still manages to retain life. Life didn’t just manage to survive but thrives as well. Being the only planet that got to not only attain life but sustain it for this long in the face of all the challenges and adversity is magnificent. Not to mention the diverse habitats and ecosystems. Earth is just so beautiful and cool. Not to mention all the secrets we haven’t discovered yet, years f history yet to be uncovered, too bad we humans have the habit of destroying everything that’s good. 

Anyway, this is mostly a rant about why Earth is my fav character, with Luna being my second- ofc can’t have Earth without Luna they’re a package deal. I saw the ask from your twitter and thought I’d say my reason, maybe you might resonate with it. Ofc the Solarballs Earth character despite being a jerk has a lot of layers and complexity. He isn’t just a black or white character, which makes him so great. It also being our home planet, also plays a factor. He also just has a lot of angst potential, coupled with his depression, BPD, suicidal thoughts/tendency, the constant pain from earthlings, abandonment issues, etc.

And I love how you characterise Earth in your fic, although it may not always be in line with his canon personality, it’s still close enough to how he’d act. Also the earthlings interactions in you Ghe fic, need more of that. Love you fics,  infinite kudos <3
