Part 2 of Raz’s government-issued chaos

i’ve never seen anything like what happened last night so i wanted to explain it real quick for people who don’t know:

a few weeks ago, james corden made a joke about BTS fans that a lot of people, including even non-BTS fans, thought was misogynistic, in a “boybands are stupid because only young girls like them” kind of way

obviously BTS fans swarmed and attacked and it was very funny bc everybody hates james corden

last night, BTS was on corden’s show, i’m assuming bc they were already booked when corden made his comments since it wasn’t that long ago

the very first thing the leader namjoon says when he sits down is “you’ve been in some hot water with armys. are you alright?” in the most cunty way possible

corden then spends a full two minutes awkwardly blabbering and stuttering about how his joke was “harmless,” he meant no offense, “you guys know i love you!!!!!” and then he complains about how “someone said they hope i die!!!!!!!”

the BTS members just look at him the whole time, uncaring, even with the “hope i die” stuff. like they did not care AT ALL

he’s nervous and stammering and making himself the victim + not apologizing, it’s awkward as hell, and namjoon just goes “We appreciate your apology.” and holds out his hand for a handshake. corden starts to say “it wasn’t–” but namjoon cuts him off and shakes his hand and ends the conversation

the whole time, half the other guys are just glaring at him, while one of the guys (hobi) is laughing his ass off every time corden looks like he’s feeling uncomfortable/awkward

conversation moves on and corden asks them what they do in their free time. jin says “oh you know, i watch your show. watch your videos. listen to your voice” with a big shit eating grin on his face. corden laughs and seems flattered and namjoon flatly says “he’s lying”

earlier in the show, when it cut to BTS in their dressing room, the boys kept doing that hip thrust thing that corden did a few weeks ago in the rat costume, where he got made fun of by the whole internet bc everyone hates him. BTS just making fun of him to his face on his own damn show
