Okay, I just had a thought about Rantaro that’s blowing my mind and I need to share because holy shit! Okay so you know how people have a theory that everyone’s in-game memories were modified from their pregame memories? Like Saihara actually living with uncle or Maki actually being from an orphanage? There real memories were a basis used to make there characters backstories which makes sense.

Well here’s the thing about Rantaro we always make fun of what a ridiculous backstory it was that he lost all 12 of his sister because that’s a lot of sisters to lose right? After one or two you’d think he’d be more careful right?

Wrong!

Because the thing is Rantaro’s sisters are also the basis of real memories, memories from his previous killing game!

His ‘missing’ sisters or the sisters that he ‘lost’ are actually representative for his dead classmates. Think about 16 students- 12 die leaving 4- one’s the mastermind and Rantaro sacrifices himself leaving 2, the Two ‘survivors’ needed to end a killing game. The math works out!

Maybe in his V2 backstory, he did have one missing sister that he traveled around the world looking for but with the guilt of his classmates dying and/or learning she’s not real meant that in V3 when his memories were messed with again the missing sister backstory combined with the loss of twelve dead classmates translated in his mind to twelve missing sisters!

Everything makes sense now though I could have probably said it better and maybe I should ask blogs like @shuichi-saiharass who I think, think about Amami more than I do if this works but this theory now kind of makes me really want to know more about V2.

The internet could change next week, and not in a good way

We respect the copyrights and trademarks of others, and we take all reports seriously to ensure that your creative expression is protected. We make this clear in our Community Guidelines. There’s already a legal framework that works and is fair: Today we take down posts and media that contain allegedly infringing content when we receive a valid DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown request. We also provide clear-cut ways for people to fight back if they believe their removed content was not a true violation. These instances are monitored and reported and live in our biannual transparency report. 

The suggestion to use automated filters for issues of copyright is short-sighted at best and harmful at worst. Automated filters are unable to determine whether a use should be considered “fair use” under the law and are unable to determine whether a use is authorized by a license agreement. They are unable to distinguish legitimate parody, satire, or even your own personal pictures that could be matched with similar photographs that have been protected by someone else. We don’t believe that technology should replace human judgment. Tumblr is and always has been a place for creative expression, and these new regulations would only make it harder for you to express yourself with the freedom and clarity you do so now.
