Fake dating!AU except both partners are All Might who legally adopted Izuku and was immediately caught parenting him in both forms.

Like many things in life, it happened because of the Commission but also a little because of AFO. Inko was around Kamino when the huge fight happened and as she was leaving the fight zone, she skipped a stair, fell down some high stairs, and bumped her head pretty bad. Coincidentally, AFO fled mid fight with All Might and Inko appeared at the hospital, probably dropped there by a Good Samaritan. It also means that All Might's real appearance was never revealed to the public and he still has some OFA juice. In any case, this led the HPSC to take a look at the dream team that rescued Izuku and when they saw that his guardian was in a slight coma and that his other guardian was MIA, they tried to pull a Hawks. All Might slapped adoption papers in their faces (yes, they were in his pocket, no, don't ask since when) and thought that the situation was okay until Inko woke up. He. Was. Wrong.

Because everyone in 1-A went "Well, isn't Deku's dad the sweet scarecrow man he is always hanging with?" and All Might panicked because Argh, Secret Identity, and Izuku, filled with the need to cause chaos, just went "Well, that's my other dad." and All Might ran with it.

1-A: "Well, didn't you tell us about your mom?"

Izuku: "You must be mistaken. It's always been me, my dad, and my dadmight."

The HPSC is still snooping around so Izuku, bless this sweet boy, make a whole romantic date plans for him. All Might goes to the amusement park, hit crepes, and use his superspeed and the power of residual image to create illusion tricks where he seems to be next to Yagi Toshinori, his secretary. He also makes sure to leave himself sweet notes and gifts because if he is too busy for his fake partner that happens to be him, he is going to make sure his fake partner who happens to be him feels appreciated!

Hawks is the only one at the Commission who knows the relationship is fake but can't prove it because Izuku keeps foiling him.

Inko wakes up from her coma a week later and All Might thinks he is finally going to be able to explain the situation but Inko, filled with the need to cause chaos, explains to the Commission that yes, Izuku is her son with All Might, and yes, of course she knows Toshinori, he is a dear friend of the family and All Might's partner! So All Might had to keep doing that... well, until OFA stops working, I guess.

1-A: "Wait, you have a mom?"

Izuku: "Of course!"

1-A: "You told us you didn't have a mom!"

Izuku: "You must be mistaken. It's always been my mom and dadmight then my mom, my dad and dadmight."

[lies down on my stomach, kicks feet and sighs dreamily]: he has committed so many atrocities

I had a BIZARRE bnha dream last night consisting of a post-apocalyptic world mostly covered in water.

Izuku basically “spawns” in this world after some time has passed and finds his planet has been reduced to this in the middle of the ocean surrounded by ridiculously gigantic electric fish that swarm him. I won’t mention how he got out of being electrocuted to death but he does.

He then finds an island where All Might is at, Toshi’s boat and a few others crashed on the shore and the guy is completely alone and overjoyed to see Izuku to say the least. Kinda clingy tbh.

Izuku later heads back out into the water to come to the erm, incredibly unpleasant realization that humanity is never going to be able to overpower these mega-sea-creatures now populating the planet. (There was literally this shot from Izuku’s POV from underwater showing just this vast shoal of building-sized fish it was pretty sick actually)

Basically realizing they’re screwed, he heads back to Toshi’s little desert island at sunset but discovers the man’s hair colour weirdly matches with the gradient of the sunset. His hair mirrors the light of the atmostphere I guess?

Correctly assuming this isn’t the OG All Might, if he’s All Might at all, Izuku explores one of the crashed boats and finds a record saying that the OG All Might is now a scattered concept, creating what remains of earth’s habitable land masses. He basically became islands like these, with thousands of clones just like the one Izuku has found acting as guardians or his eyes or extensions of him idk one or all of those. His avatars of himself.

The dream basically ends there, but wow that’s one to remember. It clearly stemmed from my thalassophobia.

Shouto was not prepared for Izuku to so readily admit the truth and he kinda set himself on fire. Izuku panics, Shouto panics, and in the end, they don't have the time to unlock Shouto's tragic backstory until after the Sport Festival.

Bakugou, who has been hiding behind the wall, is in distress. Of course, that has to be a lie. But he doesn't remember what Hisashi looks like! Just that he was tall, had light hair... NOOOOOOO!

Izuku does try to backpedal afterwards and to tell Shouto that he panicked but the next time they see each other, Shouto tells him his entire tragic backstory and Izuku... just isn't going to tell him "Whoops, sorry you felt like you could trust me but I actually lied to you."

Shouto more or less let the "Secret lovechild" slip when Natsuo notices that the bone-breaking kid and All Might have very similar quirk, like they're related, only for his little brother to nod, and it's enough for the conspiracy theorists to reach their own conclusions. It spread to Endeavor's sidekick, then to the hero community, and finally to All Might, who is "Hey, Young Midoriya, any reason why people think I'm your dad?" to which Izuku answers "Todoroki is a freaking snitch, that's why."

Of course, Izuku apologizes to All Might, explaining he panicked and couldn't find another convincing lie but All Might isn't hearing him. Instead, he hears the bell and feels the light announcing him that he was chosen as a dad. Everyone believes it, even Young Midoriya claimed it, it means he doesn't have to hold back anymore. He is the dad. He can spoil his soncessor and do all the dad puns. Nothing can stop him anymore.
