About a year ago I played a legend of zelda dnd oneshot and one party member had the desire to eat every enemy we would come across and we would just help prepare the meal for them. Like we would encounter ganondorf (who turned into his boar form during our second phase fight), kill him, and do an entire sequence of skill checks to prepare the meal and eat to see if we died or got food poisoning…it wasnt even in the DM’s plan to do this. I dont even know if any one of us knew what dungeon meshi was back then but i guess the primal instinct to eat what we kill is within all of us.

ok i agree but HEAR ME OUT. i also think it’s because she wanted to improve herself but she can’t since she’s a gem. Look at Greg the baby sitter. Pink envies the way humans can change who they are and grow up. I think Pink also killed herself because look at the condition of gem kind before she died. It wasn’t really a happy story. Corrupted gems were roaming the earth and the diamonds were still running homeworld oppressively. Pink only “won” her rebellion because she didn’t live in homeworld anymore. Now look at Steven’s life. His influence with the gems brought out their ability to grow with him. like Garnet says in Gem harvest, they didn't feel like a family until Steven came along. Plus, I pretty sure the earth would have been destroyed if Steven was never born.
Long story short, Pink sacrificed herself so that she can change who she is (literally. Not a persona like Rose) and also truly fix Homeworld and the mess she had made during the rebellion through Steven. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

A friendly reminder that Pink literally wanted to kill herself because of the abuse in her family

y'all just want the plot spoon fed to you. this is the calm before the storm.
And Who The Fuck Made All The Forced Fusions Like The Cluster
Things still left to do in SU now that we’re all asking “Where do we go from here?”
Emerald is probably still hunting down Lars and the Off-Colors

Some closure on that whole Jasper and Lapis thing now that Lapis is a full time Crystal Gem and Jasper is back

Rescuing the Zoomans and reintegrating them back to Earth

The hundreds of actual Rose Quartz gems bubbled up on the Zoo are still there and could probably be set free now

We still don’t know what Rose/Pink was keeping in the chest in Lion’s mane

The fate of Blue Zircon, Lemon Jade, and the Topaz fusion were left up in the air

Homeworld is still facing a resource crisis and is literally split in half and hanging on by threads

And Lars is effectively immortal and he’ll totally outlive everyone

I feel like this next season will be more like a giant epilogue and doing cleanup on everything that’s been left open, unless we get a timeskip like what everyone is counting on

Sans sweep was so powerful the residual shockwaves accidentally killed the fucking queen

Also, happy Antifa mob anniversary
