Q:What is crab day?

A: well, a celebration of how strangely cursed our little corner of the internet can be. It's also a community lead funding. Push. Tumblr costs money to run, if we want to keep our little corner of the internet it's weird unique self, we're going to have to foot part of the bill.

Q: when is crab day?

A: July 29th. I would have preferred a slightly longer lead time to get the word out better, But we work with what we can get and July 29th has already gotten some traction in other groups.

Q: how do I participate?

A: buy a mutual crabs, or if you're broke, crab post crab memes.

Q: why crabs?

A: because admit it. most of us would love to get or give crabs to a mutual.

A "WTF?" moment regarding Thomas Sanders

Don't worry, I''m NOT accusing the tomato salad guy of anything. But I did got weirded out by someone claiming something atrocious about him.

Bit of context: I was replying to someone claiming that the Thomas Sanders fandom is toxic, arguing that that info is incorrect. the fandom has a reputation for being very wholesome. then a different person responded to me with the substance abuse claims. That was a "wtf???" moment for me when i read that reply.

I remember a few years ago, coming across a blog post debunking the claims and breaking down the flawed "evidence" that Thomas Sanders was a p3d0. (Recently, I came across a more recent Reddit post doing the same thing. )

Now, I came across someone on Instagram claiming that Thomas Sanders uses drugs and is always high and drunk on set.

... ok, and where's your evidence to back up your claim?

... you haven't responded to me in more than a week. ok. i'm gonna assume you a hater, a troll, or just a weirdo.

Is it because he's always so happy on set? A lot of actors are gonna be happy on set if they're excited for the job/ role. And he's a very silly guy. He's independent (as far as YouTube goes) and surrounded by loved ones.

Is it because of the few posts of him drinking wine? Let the man enjoy himself. And we don't see him drinking on the job or on set. We don't know if he is anyways, but that isn't our business. He seems responsible enough to look after himself. Especially when he babysits kids alot.

I don't see bloodshot eyes or hear his friends complaining of anything.

Change in hair and skin? He literally talked about that on his social medias. It's more of a health situation than a substance abuse situation.

Luckily, it's just one person making a claim, and not a group of people forming a mob.
