the sidewalk outside is blue from the night, with a bicycle leaning against the nearby telephone pole. leaves hang from a nearby tree, and a black cat naps nearby. inside, everyone is seated on bright plastic stools, and a single lamp sheds orange light over the table and an old air conditioning unit.
