authors note: the heading might be misleading but basically, this post is about the gang and reader going to a fair or them going to a kissing booth where reader works or new year’s eve where the greasers and reader kiss. something like that! sorry if this doesn’t really go with what you asked for, i hope you enjoy though! i’m literally so FUCKING pissed because i just had to write dally’s section and nothing saved!! it’s probably gonna be obvious which ones didn’t save and which ones didn’t, i kinda rushed this once i figured out not all of this saved. enjoy though💗

you and ponyboy were at school, sitting in your homeroom together, talking before the teacher loudly said, “class!! as you may have heard, you are going to be paired up with someone in the class, you are to take care of an egg together for a week. the condition of your egg will determine what your final grade will be. take care of the egg like it is your child, if you break it, you will automatically be failed. i have twelve eggs in this carton and will be putting your initials on the bottom of it to make sure no one replaces their egg. and i have decorations here,” she held up a bag, “you and your partner can decorate the egg however you want, which… unfortunately, includes drawing eyes or whatever on it, no inappropriate stuff.”

ponyboy leaned closer to you, whispering into your ear, “i hope we’re paired up, we can’t choose though…” and you nodded, whispering back, “yeah, i think any of the other boys would break the egg…” you heard your boyfriend giggle, a smile forming on your face

the teacher taped a big piece of paper to the whiteboard, stating, “your names are paired together on the paper. go to your partner and decide what the egg’s name will be and how you will decorate it.” then she walked back to her desk, all of the students erupting, words spilling out of their mouths

you looked for your name, seeing it was next to ponyboy’s, reading “y/n and ponyboy”

you tapped your boyfriend’s shoulder, telling him the two of you were together for the project

he gasped, exclaiming, “oh cool, we’re together!! let’s go get our egg from mrs. johnson!!” he sat up from his chair and grabbed your hand, gently dragging you to the front of the classroom

the teacher looked up at the both of you, grabbing an egg from the carton, writing a ‘PC’ and your initials on the bottom of the egg

you let out a “thank you!” and walked back to your desk, taking multiple colored sharpies out of your backpack and showing ponyboy, asking him “what color should the eyes be?”

he thought for a moment and decided, “your eye color! then maybe the hair can be brown-ish red, like mine?”

nodding, you drew eyes on the egg, along with a smile underneath them

you and ponyboy talked about the project and how you would plan out days for when the egg would be with him, and when the egg would be with you

he picked up a brown sharpie and a red sharpie, drawing hair on the top of the egg

“wait, what should the egg’s name be?” your boyfriend asked, you looked at the egg and tilted your head slightly, awkwardly asking, “uhhh… michael…? i don’t know…” you giggled

ponyboy smiled at you and agreed, replying, “yeah, i like that name. i honestly want to name my kid michael— i mean, when i have kids, that is.” he laughed

the day passed by quickly, ponyboy took the egg for the school day and the two of you went to your house after

his backpack was on his back, michael in his hands

when the two of you reached your house, you crocheted a little blanket for the egg, making it harder for it to crack and break

you placed michael in the blanket, putting him on your desk

after a few hours of studying and hanging out, ponyboy left your house, the egg still on your desk

the two of you would switch off having michael each day, and by next monday, the two of you were in homeroom again, with michael in your hands

you looked around, some of the pairs had no egg, some had eggs with cracks, one of them breaking on the table, and one other pair had a perfect egg, just like michael

“hey, i think we’re one of the two pairs that have our egg still intact!!” you beamed

he smiled, looking around the classroom and agreed, “holy shit, we’re amazing!!”

the teacher began walking to each pairs’ desks, she reached yours and was holding a clipboard

she picked up your egg and examined michael, checking if there were any cracks and if the initials were how she had written them

“good job, you two. a hundred percent! you might actually be decent parents one day.” she said, giving an approving smile and moving to the next desk behind you

you turned to ponyboy, seeing him already looking towards you, both of you smiling at each other

“we got an A!!! we did amazing, pony!!!” you exclaimed, he agreed and commented, “we might be the only people who got really good grades!!”

before the end of the school day, mrs. johnson pulled you and ponyboy aside in the hallway

“i just want you two to know that you are the only ones who got perfect scores. for getting perfect scores, you will get extra credit. i’ve noticed both of you, and i know you’re a couple. it’s not a bad thing, but if the other teachers see you kissing or showing too much affection, you might just get in trouble. but anyways, you’re free to go. good job, you two.” she said

you started blushing, both of you thanked the teacher and walked away towards your house

the two of you continued to talk about when you could hang out next, also about the project and how darry and soda would love to see you again

the two of you arrived at your house a few minutes later, you unlocked the door with your keys and opened the door

you and ponyboy walked upstairs to your room and sat on the bed, dropping your backpacks on the floor, you hesitantly asked, “do you think we’d really make good parents, or was she just saying that..?”

“i’m sure we’d be great parents. eggs crack easily, that means we were very gentle, so it’s good! don’t worry about it.” he smiled at you

you looked at him with a loving look in your eyes, putting your hands on his chest and leaning in for a kiss

the kiss was savored, different from how the two of you had kissed before, this was more intimate, more loving

when both of you pulled away from the kiss, ponyboy pulled out a book from his backpack and began to read to you, you had seemed tired the whole day

he was laying on your bed and you were curled up into him, becoming more exhausted by the second

when you fell asleep and he looked at you, you looked peaceful

he put his bookmark in his book, giving you a kiss on the forehead and wrapping his arms around you

JOHNNY CADE

your boyfriend was bored and laying in his bed at home, twisting and turning, not knowing what to do

he sat up when he decided what he would do, remembering you were at a market nearby, trying to promote a small business

so he got up from his bed and changed from his sleep clothes to jeans, a black shirt and a denim jacket

he quietly walked and closed his bedroom door, trying to be spared from a confrontation from his parents

he walked to the front door, looking around before grabbing his shoes and slipping them on, tying the shoelaces

opening the door and walking out, he turned around and gently grabbed the doorknob, twisting it and quietly closing the door

he walked towards the direction of the market, only a few blocks away

when johnny arrived at the market, many vendors were there, food, clothing, other products, animals, etc

he went there to see you, you worked at a kissing booth, and he knew you would make a lot of money because you were known to be very beautiful

he walked down the isle, looking around to see if you were anywhere near or if you would like anything from the vendors

after walking for a while, he saw your booth with around three people in line, most of them came hours ago

you were about to close up the booth soon, so one of the boys in line gave you two dollars, plus a six dollar tip, you quickly gave him a kiss, being tired and just wanting to see your boyfriend again

you repeated the process two more times when the last one walked away with a “thanks,” johnny being right behind the man

“hey, think i could get two kisses? i’m feeling kind of… lonely…” he looked at you with a playful smile, he was still nervous although the two of you were boyfriend and girlfriend

“four dollars,” you said and looked up at him, “i’m just kidding, johnny…” you walked around the stand and put your hands on his face, leaning in for a kiss

he awkwardly and nervously placed his hands on your waist, wrapping them around your midsection

after the two of you pulled away from the kiss, you looked up at him, seeing his face turn into a shade of red, he avoided eye contact

you teasingly kissed his cheek, then placed a few onto his neck, you pulled away and asked him, “you ready to go home now, baby?”

he nodded and asked you, “so, how was your day??” before telling you about his

the two of you were at the fair, wanting to spend some time together for your first new years as a couple

you and soda previously went on many rides and rollercoasters, having fun and giggling the whole time, screaming random things while other people stared at you

after another rollercoaster ride, your boyfriend wrapped an arm around your shoulder, asking, “hey, babe, wanna go to the ferris wheel? i wanted to go there with you before the end of the day, then maybe we can get some food?” looking at you intently

you smiled at him, replying, “sure soda! we can go, i was gonna ask you that too!! i think the ferris wheel is over there.” pointing in front of the two of you

he took his arm off your shoulder and grabbed your hand in a loving gesture

“i hope this doesn’t take too long, i don’t want darry to get mad at me or anything. but if we’re here past 12, then it’s worth it. i’d be with you, anyway.” smiling and winking at you at the end

you giggled at his comment and continued, “oh, shut up… you’re too sweet, soda…” smiling and looking up at him, kissing his cheek softly

the two of you got to the line where the ferris wheel was, and your boyfriend muttered, “oh, boy…”

you and soda waited for around ten minutes before getting to the front of the line

one of the workers scanned your wristband, letting you go inside one of the capsules, your boyfriend right behind you

you sat on the right side of the capsule and your boyfriend sat on the left, both of you continuing to talk about drama that happened in your school and in the DX

the ferris wheel started to move, people got off the capsules and people got on, creating a new rotation of people to be on the ferris wheel at the same time

the cycle repeated until no one from the last rotation was on the ferris wheel, and it began to move in a circular motion with no pauses

“yayyy!! i always love being on here, you can see so much from up here!!” you rejoiced, soda agreed and commented on what you had said

after a few rotations of spinning around, the conductor began to let people off of the ferris wheel

eventually, your capsule was at the top, and you told soda, “thank you for asking me to go here with you. i’ve really enjoyed it, i’m happy i get to spend new years with you.” looking at him sweetly

the two of you heard people counting down from ten, both of you looked at each other, thinking the same thing

“five, four, three, two,” people cheered, and when they said ‘one,’ your boyfriend said, “i love you so much.” both of you leaned over to each other and kissed

your hand was on his cheek, his hand was on your other hand in your lap

once the two of you pulled away from the kiss, you opened your eyes and saw his expression, remembering what ponyboy said, “he’s always talking about you, y/n. getting drunk on just plain living, but it’s even better when he’s with you. everyone can tell. he loves you.”

the ferris wheel began to rotate, and eventually, both of you got off of the capsule, hand in hand

the rides were closing so the two of you walked towards the parking lot where your car was

“you know, it was my plan to have that happen. i was worried we wouldn’t be at the top at that specific moment.” soda confessed, chuckling at the end

“aww, you’re so romantic, hon!! i love you so much… thanks for spending new years with me…” you said, blushing at his words

he replied, “i love you too baby…” knowing he was the luckiest guy on earth to have someone like you

DARRY CURTIS

you were in your house when you got a call, you picked up the phone from your couch and asked, “y/n l/n, what do you need?”

a voice from the other side stated, “hey y/n, it’s ponyboy. i was wondering if you could come over to help me with homework? it’s due tomorrow and darry’s gone…”

you replied with, “i’ll be there in five, don’t worry.” and hung up, grabbing your keys and putting on your shoes, walking outside to your car, turning the keys, causing your car to start

you drove in the direction of darry’s house, knowing the way all too well

when you arrived, you walked into the house, the door being unlocked, and saw your boyfriends youngest brother in the kitchen, sitting at the dinner table with a packet and pencil

he looked up from his work and smiled, you walked over to him and looked at the packet, asking him if he knew the formula for the question he was struggling on

you corrected him and taught him all the correct formulas and ways to solve the problems, before you two knew it, he was done with the packet

then you two heard the door open, you looked over to see darry smiling at the two of you

he took off his shoes and gently closed the door, walked towards you and his brother, he asked, “hey you two. pony, how was school? and as much as i love your company, y/n, what are you doing here?” kissing your forehead and ruffling his brothers hair, chuckling

“ah, school was okay. your girl’s here because i asked her to come over to help me with my homework. i got it done, since you always talk about how she’s really smart, i doubt you have to check my answers” ponyboy replied

darry smiled at him and looked at the clock, frowning and stating, “shit, pony, it’s late— you ought to be in bed right now, pack up your backpack, go sleep.”

his brother got up from his chair, thanked, “thank you y/n. you’re really smart.” and left to go to his room, he closed the door as quick as he had opened it

you hardly got any time to say anything, but as soon as darry heard the door close, his lips were on yours and your hands were on his chest

the kiss was long and passionate, when the two of you pulled away, he had a look in his eyes

you lightly punched his shoulder and commented, “your brother needs to sleep, dare.”

he chuckled at what you said and gave you a kiss on the cheek

DALLAS WINSTON

you were upstairs in your boyfriends room, he was partying downstairs and had a few drinks

“wh-wheres my girlfriend, man…” he kept mumbling, asking people around him where you were

“jesus christ, dally, she’s upstairs.” buck finally answered, dally still being confused, asking where the stairs were

buck pointed to where the stairs were and your boyfriend walked past many people, slouching and just wanting to see you

he cracked open the door to see you on his bed, he had a worried look on his face

“awwwh, hi dal… you okay, baby?” you talked softly getting up off the bed and opening the door, inviting him to come in

he consciously walked into the bedroom, looking around before setting his gaze on you

you gently took his hand in yours and sat him on the bed, he still had that pouty look on his face, almost puppy eyes looking at you

“you okay, dal? do you want anything, you feeling okay…?” you whispered to him, however he didn’t respond

he just leaned into a kiss, wrapping his arms around your midsection and kissing your cheeks down to your neck, to your collarbone and trying to go lower

“aww, baby… i don’t think we should, don’t want you to do something you’ll regret, okay?” you suggested

he started whining and complaining, kicking his feet like a child, something dally would never do if he was sober, you couldn’t wait to tell him about that in the morning

you laid down on the bed and he laid down next to you, his head near your chest, a pouty look still on his face

you didn’t know how to make him look happier, so you leaned down a bit and put your hand on his cheek, giving him a long and passionate kiss, feeling him trying to get closer to you, leaning more into the kiss if that was even possible

when you pulled away from the kiss, he was smiling and looked at you lovingly, he wrapped an arm around you and a leg around yours, mumbling an, “i love you…” before drifting off to sleep

you smiled at him, this was the only time he actually looked peaceful, when he was asleep

you protectively put an arm around him and put your chin above his head, drifting off to sleep too

TWO-BIT MATTHEWS

you and keith were at your house, you were baking in your kitchen when your boyfriend asked, “hey, um, wanna go to this comedy thing with me at a restaurant today? i think it’d be fun, you don’t gotta go if you don’t wanna though.” looking a bit nervous

you looked at him for a few seconds before excitedly agreeing, “sure!!!” you’re ent back to measuring ingredients for brownies and mixed them

two-bit measured the dry ingredients and poured them into the dry mix, mixing them together and pouring it into a square pan

you had previously set the temperature to 350 fahrenheit, so you put on kitchen mittens and grabbed the pan, pushing it into the oven

you put the timer for twenty five minutes for the brownies to bake, and in the meantime, you and keith talked about his sister

after the timer went off, you turned off the alarm and lowered the oven temperature, opening the oven and taking out the pan after putting on your kitchen mittens

“the show’s in around an hour, should probably get dressed so we can leave soon. it’ll take about twenty minutes to drive there.” your boyfriend commented, you nodded and gave him a kiss before walking up to your bedroom

after you looked through your wardrobe and picked out an outfit, you walked to your bathroom to brush your teeth and fix your hair

you then walked downstairs and stated, “i’m ready!!” to see keith on the couch, waiting for you

he looked up and saw you, his jaw dropped and gasped, “jesus… you look stunning…” and chuckled

you giggled and walked over to him, grabbing his hand after you grabbed your wallet

you walked outside to your car, locking your house door and getting inside the car

the two of you buckled your seatbelts and steve turned on the radio, elvis was playing

you arrived at the restaurant around thirty minutes later due to traffic and raced to the entrance

the worker at the cashier greeted you, “hello, do you two have a reservation?”

“uh, yeah, we have a reservation for keith. two people.” your boyfriend replied

the worker told you to take a seat wherever, but it was difficult to find space, the restaurant was packed

the both of you walked around and eventually sat down at a booth on opposite sides, looking at the menu while talking about the setup

after you two decided what you were getting, a waitress came over and exclaimed, “hello, my name is sarah and i’ll be your waitress for today! what can i get started for you?” and wrote down on her notepad while keith ordered, then you ordered

“alright, i’ll be back in around thirty minutes with your meals!” she replied

the two of you continued with your conversation and had your drinks, around ten minutes without food, the comedian came out and thanked everyone for being at the restaurant

he started telling jokes, you and keith would look at each other whenever something was funny

you knew he really liked that comedian, so you were joyful to see him enjoying this

around twenty minutes later, the comedian was still talking and sarah came to the table with your food, quietly stating, “enjoy, you two!”

you thanked her and began gnawing on your food, nearly starving, two-bit almost spat out his food due to laughing, almost making you choke

around an hour after being at the restaurant, the comedian thanked everyone for being there, once again, and left

you and two-bit were finished with your food, sarah came by with the check and you pulled out your wallet, giving her a twenty dollar tip plus what you were supposed to pay

“alright, ready keith?” you asked, smiling at him, he nodded, feeling sleepy because he was stuffed with food

the two of you walked out of the restaurant hand in hand all the way to the car

you sat in the drivers seat and put the keys in, twisting it and turning the car on, keith in the passengers seat

both of you talked about how funny the comedian was and how you’d love to go again with him sometime while you were driving to your boyfriends house

when you arrived at his house, you walked him up to the entrance, pausing and looking at him for a couple seconds

“thank you for asking me to go with you, keith. i really love spending time with you…” you smiled, blushing at the thought of the two of you in the romantic situation

he smiled and looked away, a little nervous, then you pulled him in for a kiss and put your hands on his shoulders, his hands on your hips

when you pulled away, you smiled at him and walked back to your car

he watched you pull out of the parking space, waving at you before you fully left

he thought about how much he enjoyed being with you, he loved you so much and wanted to spend more time with you

STEVE RANDLE

you and steve were walking to a field where you would watch a firework show, it was the fourth of july and he wanted to celebrate

“yeah, this crazy lady came into the DX and was like ‘i deserve all this money because i’ve been in america for 15 years!!’ and me and soda looked at each other, because why the fuck would anyone think that…” he said, genuinely confused

“maybe she had a mental problem..” you shrugged

steve loved how you would always try to see the good in people, or maybe a reason why they act like why they do, a reason to think someone’s a good person

anyway, the two of you arrived at the field and saw hundreds of people, some sitting on blankets and some sitting on the grass, some laying down and some standing up

after walking around, the two of you saw an empty space, you placed your blanket onto the ground and sat down next to your boyfriend

the two of you were talking when the first firework exploded after ten minutes of nothing, people clapping and saying ‘america’ ‘USA’ ‘i’m gonna shit my pants that looks so cool’

after forty minutes of many fireworks and loud noises, there was a loud voice coming from a speaker, saying, “alright, this is our final firework folks! we hope you have a great rest of your night! happy fourth of july!”

multiple red, white and blue fireworks shot up into the air with loud ‘boom’s, many people ‘ooo’ing and ‘woahhh’ing

you looked to your left to see steve staring up at the fireworks, believing he felt at peace for the first time in a long time

he noticed you staring and smirked, looking at your eyes then your lips, putting his hand on your cheek and giving you a kiss

you kissed him back, and when the two of you pulled away, you put your head in his shoulder

the fireworks were still going, and steve said, “i love you, y/n.”

you replied quietly, “i love you too, stevie.” knowing his friends made fun of him for that nickname, he chuckled at it

darry loves someone who is very patient, he can get very occupied sometimes because of work and basically raising his brothers, so it’s very time consuming and he’d love it if his partner is patient

also if you help him out with pony and soda, like buying groceries or making them food or simply taking them places, although he’ll feel bad that he’s not doing the work, he’ll appreciate whatever you do for him or his siblings

he likes it if you cherish the time you and him have together because it’s so little, so quality time is very important to him

whenever the two of you have time, the both of you will try to work something out that the both of you like, so if you’re good at compromising then he likes that

keith loves someone who has the same sense of humor as him, if he tells a joke or insults someone and you come up with something funnier or more insulting, he’s head over heels

another thing he really loves is someone who’s good with kids, like they get along and can take care of kids

especially if the kids go out of their way to see you and they can tell you have a good heart, he loves that

same goes with animals, like they have a sense of intuition whether or not some is a safe person to be around, so if animals go to you then they feel safe

STEVE RANDLE

he likes someone who is respectful of others, specifically boundaries and is very careful not to cross them

also someone who sees the good and bad side of everything, if you try to see others perspectives then he’ll really appreciate it

that way he knows you’re caring of not only yourself and your friends, but people you don’t know either

he loves it if someone is protective of him but not to the point where he can’t do anything on his own, he can handle himself very well and you both know that, but if you’re protective then he knows you’d do a lot to keep him safe

normally, when he’s jealous, he’ll try to make a distraction so he can pull you away or get someone else to leave

once, the two of you were at the drive in, planning to watch a cute romantic movie together

a guy tried to flirt with you, telling you that you look beautiful and you’re outfit is tight and looks real nice on you

you thanked him but told him to stop, many times, even though johnny was on the other side of you

eventually, when the man wouldn’t stop harassing you, johnny told him “hey, why don’t you just stop talkin’ to her? she told you to go away, man..” and shook his head in disappointment

he didn’t like him talking to you, and hated him more when he knew you felt uncomfortable

the man asked him, “who the hell do you think you are, hood? no reason why she’d wanna date someone like you—“

before he could continue, johnny tapped you, motioning to get up

the two of you walked to the car, and you said “thanks, honey.. too bad we didn’t really get to enjoy the movie though..” and he suggested the two of you would stay but at a distance from the man

johnny stayed close to you in a protective way, always checking your surroundings to make sure you were safe

but when you talk to someone important, or you’re catching up on life, he won’t do anything

he loved you, and even if he was jealous, he had to respect what you wanted

so if you wanted to talk to someone, he’d let you talk to them, sometimes because he’d know you were looking forward to it

he just doesn’t want either of you to get hurt, so he’ll try to always be nice, even when confronting someone

SODAPOP CURTIS

you were on your break at work, at a restaurant

your boyfriend, soda, came to visit you so the two of you sat down at a booth and ate a meal for free

then a guy stupidly came up to you and asked you for your number, saying you were very attractive

you looked at him, confused, side eyeing soda in a ‘who does this guy think he is’ way

you said, “um, no.. sorry. i have a boyfriend, if you couldn’t tell.” but the man wouldn’t stop talking to you

he sat down next to you, starting to eat some of your fries, making you lose your appetite

you kept moving away, and he put his arm around your shoulder, eyeing you up and down

it got to soda, he didn’t like how he was talking to you, “okay, we’re done here.” and he looked at your boyfriend

“leave.” he said, and the guy didn’t listen

“you better fucking leave.” deepening his voice and glaring at the man, putting a sense of fear into him, and even into you

he put his arm back to his side and got up from the booth, eyeing both you and soda, not saying a word but walking away

“you okay, baby?” he asked, and you sweetly answered with a “yes, thank you soda.. i love you.”

he said “i love you too.” and flashed you a genuine, beautiful and handsome smile

he was glad the man listened to him, because if he didn’t, he would’ve beaten the man up, but didn’t want a lecture from his older brother darry

your boyfriend really didn’t want to worry about you, but he couldn’t help it

he loved you too much to not worry, and he knew you understood all his feelings, not a lot of people did

he appreciated that about you, and ever since you understood, he never wanted to lose you

you were the only person he felt like he really loved

DARRY CURTIS

the two of you were at a restaurant, on a date when the waiter tried to hit on you

darry isn’t uncomfortable with telling you or someone else when he doesn’t like what someone’s doing, so he tells you and the man that he wants him to stop

so he tells the waiter, “hey uh, this is my girlfriend and i’d appreciate it if you’d stop… flirting with her.”

he listens since darry has big ass muscles, and he doesn’t want to get beat up

normally, he’ll politely ask the person who’s flirting with you if they could stop

if you’re talking with someone, simply catching up or talking about something important then he’ll leave you alone

he knows you can get frustrated if you can’t finish a conversation that’s important, so he lets you do your thing

unless you want him to help you get out of the conversation

he doesn’t want you to get emotionally hurt or feel bad if you’re talking to someone, so he always tries to talk to others politely, no matter if they’re being rude or not

if a guy is harassing you though, he would first tell the man to stop, if he doesn’t then he might get into a fight with him

just enough to get him to stop being creepy with you, but not enough to get him into legal trouble

DALLAS WINSTON

he’s normally not comfortable showing pda but will make an exception if some guy is flirting with you

but the two of you were in a bar and a random guy came up to you and was making suggestive gestures to you

he kept flirting with you and trying to get close to you, but you kept moving away

you were clearly uncomfortable with the way he was acting, but didn’t know what to do, you were afraid he’d hurt you if you rejected his advances

dally glanced over to you and saw the creepy guy was talking to you, and how you were uncomfortable and kept looking at his direction

he was jealous another man was talking to you, but was worried about if you’d be safe or not

so he walked over to you, already glaring at the man who was harassing you

he wrapped his arms around your waist and started slowly kissing your neck, mumbling “hey doll, who’s this..?” and looked at you in a loving manner

dally then looked at the man, and glared hard at him

the man saw the shine in dallys pocket, knowing it was a switchblade

but he could care less, and kept flirting with you

dally lost it when the man said “how about we go to my apartment baby, bet you’d like it if i-“

your boyfriend let go of you and grabbed his hair, bashing his head into the counter, breaking his nose in the process, punching him repeatedly, blood dripping down his face

“you ever talk to my fucking girl again and i’ll break both your fucking arms too.” he whispered into his ear

he then threw the man to the side, onto the ground and wrapped his arm around your shoulders

“thanks dal,” you mumbled “that was a lot though… i think you broke his nose..” you looked back and people were staring at you two

he knew he wouldn’t get in trouble, and led you upstairs to his room, wanting you two to go to sleep

if dally is jealous but the person he’s jealous of isn’t harassing you, just talking, then he’ll most likely walk up to you and the person you’re talking to, then will stand behind you protectively and say to you “hey sweetheart, uh, i need to talk to you for a second.”

so he’ll pull you away from the person and the two of you will talk about something random, because he didn’t need you to talk to you, he just wanted you away from the other person

however, if it seems like you’re talking about something very important or a close friend you haven’t talked to in a while, he won’t bother you

he really tries not to show the fact that he’s jealous but it’s really obvious

TWO-BIT MATTHEWS

the two of you were at the drive in, going together to watch a new movie

you liked horror movies, meanwhile two-bit liked comedy movies, and was obviously into comedy himself

after the two of you sat down, a man came up to you and started talking to you

you didn’t say much since you were trying to watch the movie, but he wouldn’t stop talking and your boyfriend started to get a little jealous

eventually, two-bit talked to the guy and said, “hey, man i think my girl wants to watch the movie. you can maybe talk after but please… just some quietness ‘til after the movies done?”

the man stared at your boyfriend for a bit, gave a quiet “okay” and nodded, walking away from the two of you

“thanks, keith” you mumbled, and he nodded, putting the popcorn in between your laps

both of you continued paying attention to the movie, and your boyfriend forgot about the whole encounter with the man

but if he sees you laughing because of another guy, he’ll probably get more jealous than how he would if a man was just naturally talking with you

like, he loves to make you laugh and gets a little sad when another guy makes you laugh, especially if you laugh harder than when you do with him

he’ll try to outdo the guy by telling you jokes too

STEVE RANDLE

the two of you were at the store, planning to buy groceries

then you ran into a friend from middle school, who just so happened to have a crush on you all those years ago

“y/n, gosh is that you?” the man said, and you replied with, “oh, sorry… i don’t remember you, remind me who you are?”

he responded with his name and you remembered him, how the two of you got along and were friends up until he started treating you like crap, all because of the fact he liked you

you told steve you had to talk to an old friend, so you gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked towards your old friend

the two of you just wanted to talk, and he didn’t like you anymore, so you wanted to catch up with him

the way he kept laughing at your jokes made steve a tad bit jealous, but he knew he had to trust you

but he couldn’t help but get warm, not in the good way, in a jealous way

so he walked over to you and said, “who you talkin’ to?” and you looked at him and responded with, “oh, this is my friend from middle school! we went to different high schools, so we lost contact.”

your old friend smiled at him and introduced himself and said, “oh, cool. is this your boyfriend?” and steve replied with “yeah, been together for nearly a year.”

so when you and your boyfriend left the store, the two of you got into your car and drove to steve’s house to drop off the groceries

he would get insecure at times, thinking you’d leave him when you found someone better

he’d disguise it as jealousy, but wouldn’t confront you about talking to other people if he was jealous

the most he’d do is talk to soda about it, but he wouldn’t burst out at you or get mad at you for talking to other people

you two went to the same school, since the both of you had good grades and were on the same track team, you wanted to become friends

you thought he was cute so you struck up a conversation with him

you two kept talking for months and you eventually went to his house to study and met his brothers, darry and soda

darry told pony to be wary of you, but was glad to have you around since you would help ponyboy get his grades up if they faltered

you also gave him a reason to go to track meets and try since you would be competing too

soda thought you were nice and that’s all he cared about, you respected and seemed to love his brother even if pony couldn’t see it himself

he realized he started to love himself more when he hung out with you, and you made him look forward to things

he loves the way you laugh, the way you would get excited talking about specific things, your love for baking and the way you would get eating your favorite meal, how pretty you were, your kindness and selflessness, he could go on and on about what he loves about you

he later asked you if you wanted to be his girlfriend and picked your favorite flowers from a field close to his house

you obviously said yes

you were so excited and gave him a big hug, saying you were waiting for him to ask you and you’re so happy he finally did

he loves you so much but feels like he’ll scare you away if he says it quickly

he tells the gang about you being his girlfriend and they freak out, asking if they can meet you

you got nervous when he told you his friends wanted to meet you, and when you did you didn’t know when to talk or not

they could tell you got nervous and dally openly made fun of you for it

you guys had the same humor and since you were respectful and treated them like decent human beings, they liked you a lot more than they expected to

dally won’t tell anyone but he thinks you’re chill, he’s still a little cautious around you though since he’s not used to you

once you leave pony’s house when he’s walking you home, he tells you the gang like you and are fine with you two being together

you’re overjoyed since you thought they didn’t like you

he’s really happy the gang likes you and you like them too, so everything’s going well in his life

JOHNNY CADE

you met johnny at the drive-in, you were with marcia and cherry while he was with pony and dally

johnny thought you were SOOO beautiful so he told pony and dally, they both thought you’d be a bitch since you were with socs and you were one too

after dally was done harassing cherry and ran off, she started a conversation with pony and johnny

you looked back at johnny and already saw him looking at you, so you smiled

you were more on the quiet side since most of the time you just didn’t have anything to say, and you were an observer

you noticed the cut on his cheek, it was deep and he had a look that made him look scared of everything, so you guessed he had problems at home

he’d flinch at loud noises and sudden movements, so you took a note of that

you were still curious about the cut on his cheek, and asked him where he got it, he looked to pony and he pat johnny on the shoulder to go sit next to you

he went up to the front row to tell you the story about how he got jumped by a group of socs, and remembered a guy with multiple rings

you said you were sorry for him, and not every soc is like that, that he can’t control what other people do but only the way he reacts

he continued the conversation and found out more about your likes and dislikes, while pony was talking to cherry, and two-bit came to talk to marcia

johnny started to feel like someone cared about him other than the gang, and he felt full until the time you had to leave

you wrote down your number on a piece of paper since you wanted to keep in touch, and drove away in your mustang

he and pony talked about you and the movie on their way home, and talked about how you don’t seem that bad and johnny should try to pursue a relationship with you

the both of you would hang out weekly through the next year, sometimes sleeping over at your house since his parents would be drunk

one time you two were having a heartfelt talk about feelings and home life, and he asked you if you could be his girlfriend

since you were shocked but reciprocated the feelings, at first you didn’t say anything and johnny got real nervous

he said sorry for asking and it got awkward, but you said you’d be his girlfriend

bro has never smiled that wide in his entire life, he’s never been so happy when someone said something until now

you two talked about the failed times you were to ask each other to be partners, and kept giggling about it until your dad walked in and told you to go to bed, and to keep the door open

you ended up going to bed, curled into each other

he told the gang since they were the only people he trusted

you didn’t meet them for a while so johnny and pony told the rest of the gang you were chill and they took his word for it

you later met them and they liked you, even started inviting you to hang outs

DARRY CURTIS

yall met when he was fixing your roof, and you thought he was so handsome

when he would get tired you would let him take a break for as long as he wanted, and even let him into your house for snacks and drinks

he appreciated it and didn’t know how to voice it more than he did

after he was done with fixing your roof, he was incredibly sad

he really liked the attention and you did too, so you gave him your number on a piece of paper and told him to call you if he wanted to talk or hang out

when he got home he started thinking about what would be good for pony and soda

he thought he had to take care of them and he was responsible so he didn’t know if he should get to know you better, he had a lot on his hands

he figured he should try to do something that makes him happy while still doing important things and taking care of his brothers

he would call you often and you would call him, planning times to meet and do things

when you two got very close after months of talking, he brought you to his house

when he brought you to his house he didn’t expect to see the whole gang there, being loud and acting wild

you didn’t mind at all and said it was okay, he later had a long talk with them about how they can’t be at his house uninvited randomly

yeah they didn’t listen at all because it happened many times after that

you started to make food for them and do laundry, acted like a mother towards them

that’s when darry knew he loved you and wanted you to be his girlfriend

he knew the gang appreciated everything you did for them and acted as a mother figure to them, they listened to you

you even got dally to listen to you and help out around the house… it wasn’t even his house but it made it easier for darry to manage

darry later saved up some money and brought you to a restaurant where he asked you to be his girlfriend

you said yes and you were both super happy :3

two-bit always made jokes about you and soda being touchy together and how you argued like a married couple

you later realized you liked him, and whenever someone would say something funny you two would look at each other immediately

soda asked you if you two could start dating, you were the only person that actually made him feel more than just handsome

you made him feel like an actual person with human feelings

you said yes to dating him and hugged him so tightly while squealing “yay!!!” and jumping around

steve was like “damn, what’s going on up there…?” since soda asked you to be his girlfriend when you two went up to his room

he first saw you in buck’s bar when he went downstairs during a party

he thought you were beautiful and you had a swarm of guys around you, waiting to talk to you

he would always say yes and put away events just to be with you

sometimes he would invite you to events if he wanted to hang out with you

he later asked you months after you two met if you wanted to be his girlfriend

he just asked you out of the blue while you two were eating dairy queen, “wanna be my girl” and you stared at him for a bit

he was like “…what” and tried to act nonchalant but in his mind he was thinking about everything he did wrong

you smiled widely and said yes to dating him and he felt a wave of relief wash over him

his heartbeat finally slowed down after a few minutes

he offered to bring you to the curtis’ house so you could meet the gang

when he brought you there, he asked you if you could stay outside for a few minutes because he had to talk to them

he told the gang he’d bash their heads in if they weren’t nice to you

he went back outside to grab your hand and bring you into the house, where you saw multiple people

they all tried to start a conversation with you and dally glared at them since you immediately got overwhelmed, so they backed off

they slowly started making conversations with you and small talk, you got along with them great

they weren’t only nice to you because dally told them to, but because you treated them good too

he was really happy you and his friends got along but didn’t really show it

you two were at the concessions part to get food and you pulled out your wallet, showing a mickey mouse plush and you as a child in a photo

he was like “holy shit, this girl likes mickey too??” so he asked you about it

you were a little weirded out that he payed that much attention to the point where he noticed the plush in the photo, but you still talked to him

you two continued the conversation and you offered to pay for his food, he cracked some jokes which you laughed at a lot

you two watched the drive-in movie together while making jokes along the way and talking about things in the movie

you weren’t there with anyone and he was just there to mess around with people so he enjoyed being with you

you got each others numbers and started hanging out with the gang

they thought you were funny like two-bit and made the best duo ever

yall were UNSTOPPABLE

he later asked if you two could be together after a year of talking

you said yes and, like in johnny’s section, started talking about the times you almost asked each other to be together and laughed about it for hours

that shit brought you to tears— funny happy tears though

STEVE RANDLE

i know i said i know jack shit about two-bit too but i think i actually know like nothing about steve

soda introduced him to you since you were looking for a boyfriend but all the guys who were interested in you treated you like shit

he left you and steve alone for a bit so you two talked about cars and your jobs, you decided you would visit him at the DX since he worked there

you two talked about societal problems and even opened up to each other emotionally, which was quick considering you two only knew each other for a few hours

since you two got along so well you talked to soda and asked him if he thought if was okay you two are talking

“well yeah no shit i’m fine with you two talking, i set you two up!!” he said

i mean he’s not wrong

you and steve ended up hanging out once every two weeks, then it turned to once every week, to twice and sometimes three times

he’d sometimes stay over at your house

since you two had so many common interests and problems you two got together

it was actually really mutual since you were gonna ask each other at the same time if you could date

you laughed about it later but obviously said yes

you met the gang and they liked you, turns out all of you have many common interests with each other

steve loves being with you so much and talks to soda when he needs advice

you talk to soda about steve too and he’s so happy he gets all the tea about your relationship
