I'm going to have to say Alicent , then Rhaenyra because , Cersei's stubborn ass would never accept defeat like that.

They did aegon dirty, they even left out how he fled, sunfyre around the city and how, after the blood and cheese incident, he mounts his dragon and was about to kill rhaenyra and her bastards himself. Yet he was dissuaded by the majority of the greens. I hate how they didn't show both sides of him. Kind of reminds me of how they left young griff out of the script for the whole entire game of thrones script. I hope they don't leave aegon's role of vengeance in the incident out of the show.

i'm pissed off by the fact that in season 1 they didn't show us aegon saying "my sister is the heir, not me. what kind of brother steals his sister's birthright" and also ser criston cole convincing him that if he didn't take the throne, rhaenyra would kill his family for letting her sons rule. they showed only the worst of aegon that in the book is a rumor told by mushroom (rhaenyra's court jester). not that he is a saint of course, like most of men in westeros, especially targaryen princes (check what daemon did as well), but i would have liked to see both sides of him just as they did with alicent.

Why the hell did it just occur to me...that Viserys the I is indeed a bad father...he didn't even bother to tell Aegon the II or any of his other children about his past marriage to Aemma Arryn before hand and the guilt of it all...it's so much unhealthy trauma build up here....it would also make everything less complex. I'm also blaming Alicent HighTower for sweeping shit underneath the rug because , she's so caught up in playing her role of praising the hypocritical , patriarchal , and manipulative nature of daddy dearest aka Otto HighTower. My analysis makes everything even more fucked up.
