I wish that were true. I want Lemony Snicket and Count Olaf to start intruding in on Stranger Things.
The Mindflayer? Totally the VFD's fault in the wake of the schism. He was forged from Olaf and Esme's arsons.
All of the Hawkins adults were in the VFD too. It just makes sense.

every netflix original occurs in the same universe
Am I the only one okay with the idea of Eleven being seperated from that beige-ass boy crew and going on her own hero's journey?
The Simpsons somehow did Stranger Things better than Stranger Things.
Btw, Homer will always be my dysfunctional tv dad. Hopper is milquetoast.

So far Eleven has been a clean slate and a tool for the projection of other male characters' feelings and desires.
For Hopper he is projecting his past and what he feels are his failures as a parent due to something that was out of his control.
For Mike, Eleven is a projection of his need for attention because he's getting none from his family. It's less that Mike is actually in love with her and more about wanting validation.
For Brenner, it's about ultimate power (duh). Her powers are more than she can control and can cause destruction.
Yeah, I don't trust any of the men in this show.
How long before I get blocked from Matthew Modine's Instagram comment section when he posts about Brenner because I keep saying that I doubt Dr. Brenner is coming back?
