I can't describe how much I HATE when a game reviewer says shit like "it reeks of the late 90s" when talking about a game from the late 90s... like... idk the games we play now will "reek of the 20s" in 10-30 years???

media preservation is probably one of the most important ways of keeping history.

even if you don't care about history think about that honestly mediocre film/game/TV show you like that no one else really does. if a company like amazon or PlayStation ot whatever decides they don't want people to play the game/watch the show they can take it away and you can never play it again.

think about P.T. if we let companies take away physical media anything can end up like P.T.
