New here so I thought I’d give you some stats,

⭐️GW: 45kg ( but for now focusing on 75kg as it’s more attainable)

My plan is to only eat 500 cals a day or less and do an hour or more exercise along side. I want to try fasting but for now just training my body.

One thing I’ve noticed with losing weight is the fat you don’t notice like you can see my collar bones now and my hands have definitely gotten smaller.
